£100 Fixed Fee - Weight off Your Shoulders First Meeting
A fixed fee of £100+vat for the first meeting will gather all the facts to determine what your choices are and where you will need legal help.
We refer to this as the ‘weight off your shoulders’ meeting as the clarity we give usually leaves clients feeling much better and more reassured than when they walked in.
Where possible, we encourage peaceful negotiation or mediation to reach an amicable settlement between separating couples. However, if your situation is beyond this point, rest assured we will fight your corner - and have an impressive track record for doing so!
An essential part of life that you should not ignore and we can sort out promptly. A Will costs just £200+vat, mirror Wills (one main Will, one near duplicate) £300. We also offer a Will storage facility for a one-off fee of £50+vat.
As part of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme you are assured of a reliable and efficient service when buying or selling your home.
Our sister company - residential conveyancers Clay & Co Limited - are based in the same office. This means that:
- We have an intrinsic knowledge of conveyancing and the local area.
- We offer definitive fixed fees for all conveyancing matters.
- Running the two firms means we can act for both the buyer and seller with no conflict i.e. Parsonage & Co can act for the buyer and Clay & Co for the seller. This means a speedier and more robust conveyancing process for both parties.

The firm acted for me in my house sale and purchase. At all times I found my solicitor accessible and would even give me time when I made unscheduled visits. All matters were dealt with promptly; information...
I'm delighted to give 5 stars. They provided effective, efficient service. Very pleasant to deal with. Happily use again.
Professional but friendly. Available to answer all queries - big and small.
Excellent service on two projects for us so far, and we are about to ask Parsonage & Co to manage sale of our flat as well.
Knowledgeable, efficient and quick. Also helpful and friendly. You won't find better.
