Turned up with my cargo tricycle and a very deflated tyre. I needed immediate repair as the trike is my main vehicle. My tyre was fixed on the spot while I kept baby busy. Thank you.

What brilliant service we had from Anish in Moore's Cycles Teddington. He was well informed & knowledgeable on the bikes we were looking at & gave us the information we needed without being pushy. His good service meant we were able to make a quick decision on which bike was most suitable for my requirements. Also bought accessories which he was happy to demonstrate so again we could choose the right ones. Fantastic will definitely go there again & recommend to anyone looking to buy a new bike and accessories. All put together for me as well while I went off and had a coffee. Thank you Anish.

Moore's Cycles in Teddington have been a massive help, tolerating my initial complete lack of knowledge, talking me through various options and letting me pick their brains on an old GT bike I was restoring & with advice selecting a new bike. All the staff members have been really helpful, polite and knowledgeable; Anish really excels with excellent customer service and is always approachable and willing to help you out. Doug also helped me decide on which bike to buy, letting me take one for a quick test ride. All the other staff members (JJ, Mark & Ben(?)), although I haven't had much interaction with them, were also very polite & helpful. As a result I decided to order my new bike from them as opposed to ordering it on the internet. They price matched a slightly better price I found online & even retrospectively applied a 10% discount offer found on the TFL.gov website. Excellent customer service. It's all about the quality of the staff. Keep it up! Thank you.

Brilliant service from Anish today.He was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes & answered all my questions on the components without baffling me with jargon!! He wasn't pushy at all & in fact his service & expertise was so good, I made an instant decision to buy a mountain bike, that was actually cheaper than the one I had gone in to look at.He asked me the right questions and recommended the bike I bought as being perfect for my needs and I absolutely love it. He then advised myself and my partner on accessories and was happy to demonstrate the differences between the lights and make recommendations. Again we purchased lights, mudguards and bike rack!! Thank you Anish for being the perfect sales assistant & listening to our needs & advising accordingly. He even put the bike together with everything while we went off & had a coffee. When we got back one of his colleagues, who was also extremely helpful, installed the bike rack for us! We will definitely use Moore's Cycles again.

Bought a new bike at Moore's yesterday. Absolutely excellent service from friendly team and JJ. They offered to transfer lights brackets and bike computer cables over too. Have only used Moore's as long as we have lived in Teddington and will continue for the next 10 years!

I bought my Kona Smoke at this shop before the take over by Moore's. I have always used it for servicing and have just had all the running gear renewed to-gether with a full service. As always a great job was carried out by Mark and the bike ready for collect on time.

I purchased a new bike from your Teddington branch today and I just had to send you an email about the service that I received from your staff. It was Anish who served me, as soon as I entered the shop I was greeted with a smile and a very pleasant "can I help you sir". I explained to him that I hadn't ridden a bike in years and had no knowledge of modern bikes. Well I could not believe the courtesy that I received and his explanation on how to handle the bike was expertly done. I got none of that hard sell talk you get in some shops, which I hate. I certainly will be recommending people to come to you, if they want to purchase a bike in the future. Many thanks for service which I thought was a thing of the past.

I cannot recommend Moore's highly enough. I've just brought home the gorgeous Pashley I bought through the Cycle Scheme and I am so pleased! Mark was so helpful when I first went in to look at the bike and in helping me sort out the Cycle Scheme business and also in building my bike with real care. I am a total novice cyclist (or cycler...!) and find places like bike shops daunting, but Mark was so helpful, I needn't have worried! JJ was really great, helping me into the car with the bike and in running over the little extras which they had already fitted for me (phew!). And also, to the Aussie guy who put up with my rambling this afternoon on the phone (sorry, I was just too excited about being within touching distance of my bike!) In true girlie style she's been named Lovely Rita! See you in 6 weeks for my check up!

Moore's Cycles is friendly local bike shop where the staff know their stuff and you're welcome to browse without necessarily buying anything. The shop and service are slightly more geared towards recreational riders but also cater for bike nuts like me (with four bikes). The mechanics are excellent and servicing is very reasonably priced. Moore's converted my 20 year old Team Marin MTB to a singlespeed and did a really professional job. Moore's is a great place to nip into to pick up a bell for your kid's bike and come back with something altogether more useful for one of your own bikes!

The gears on my bike broke so I called Moore's Cycles in Teddington - they took it in and fixed that same day! Excellent service at a good price and it's nice to deal with a local family owned company. They're a great team and I'm a very happy customer.

I got a bike on the bike to work scheme. I went to a couple of other bike shops beforehand where the service was poor. I went to Moore's cycles in Teddington and had fantastic service from a guy called JJ. He took his time, there was no rush and answered all my questions very well, as he is a cyclist himself and there was no sales pitch. The advice he gave me was great and allowed me to take several bike around the block on a test ride. I would definitely recommend this shop and especially JJ.
