I have worked with Direct Support for a couple of years and never having had IT support previously, would find myself in all sorts of trouble if they weren't on hand. We are a small business yet they treat us like a Plc. I would also not describe myself as an expert in these matters but they manage to make me understand and remain patient with me when I dont. Very good value for money and there have been a few times when I know they gone well beyond the call of duty. They know their stuff and that helps me sleep at night.
