A couple of weeks ago I was delighted to receive 2 insurance renewal letters in one day, there’s nothing I enjoy more than sorting out insurance!
Rather than just renewing the policies I thought I’d give you a call and see if you could get a better deal for me.
By that afternoon my landlords insurance was in place, I was very happy that you and your team dealt with this so quickly.
In regard to my business insurance, my current insurer had told me that the policy they gave me was the cheapest I could get, and was the minimum cover available. I was delighted that when you came back to me a couple of days later, having been very thorough, asking me every last detail about my business and premises, you had a lower quote, I believe by about 20%. I can’t grumble at that.
I shall certainly be giving you a call when my contents insurance runs out, and also recommending you in the future.
