Annie Deadman has 15 years in the fitness industry. She manages a fantastic team of motivating instructors who help her run the hugely popular 21 Day BLAST fat-loss plans, the group training sessions (bootcamps, circuits, body conditioning and boxing) as well as the Pilates classes and beginner courses throughout the year. Annie’s colleague Aaron Roberts runs the personal training side of the business and clients come to the studio in Hampton for weight training and high intensity cardio work with amazing results.
Nutritional advice and adherence goes hand in hand with any good training and we make sure that clients stick to a good eating routine.
