I would highy recommend Able. My 11 year old son came to Alexis with real knee pain dismissed by the GP as "growing pains". The pain was preventing my son from taking part in the sports he loves - so was a major problem. Within a few sessions Alexis had cured the problem and we are back to enjoying every sport under the sun. Apparently Alexis is "very cool" - so much so, that my daughter insisted on attending sessions with her bother.

Since an initial whiplash injury 3 years ago, I have often called upon Alexis Kekeh to help me out when needed, for anything from a general deep tissue massage to release built-up tension in my back, to more debilitating long term issues affecting my mobility. I needed help for a tennis elbow which had become so painful it even hurt to fish my mobile out of my bag. Just 4 sessions later I'm virtually pain free and now have a set of exercises to strengthen the muscles and prevent a recurrence. I recently was involved in a car accident and was suffering from pretty bad whiplash. I was recommended physiotherapy after a medical report and have been seeing Alexis for the past six weeks. I was nervous at first but Alexis is a great guy and made me feel totally comfortable. We have had some good chats during the past few weeks and the whole experience has been enjoyable. I have been given some great advice and come away with plenty of new ideas to impliment. Totally agree with all the other positive reviews. Alexis was recommended by a friend as I had suffered from pain and in my back and arm for nearly two years and had been told that the only likely rememdy was a risky operation to free a trapped nerve. In just six weeks of regular treatment Alexis reduced the pain to a point where it was almost completely gone. Aside from being very friendly and relaxed Alexis also set himself apart by advising simple exercise routines to work towards a long term cure rather than just more treatment. I stuck with the exercise program and I realised today that it's been weeks since I've had a hint of pain. If I ever had an issue again Able Physio is the first place I would call.

I have seen Alexis a number of times over the past few months due to over doing it during exercise. He has always sorted out my problem within 2 sessions. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And also very flexible in when he will see you. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Alexis is friendly and willing to work around your timetable to ensure you can get into the clinic - really great. After a company "fun" softball game I ended up with torn muscles in between my ribs. It was ridiculously painful and within 2 or 3 visits the difference was astounding. Having recently re injured the area I rang up and had an appointment that evening. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel relaxed, provides excellent advice and makes a big difference. It was a joy to be able to sleep again!!!

It sounds a bit silly describing this as "Truly Exceptional" but it is the best health care I have received in years. You are made to feel relaxed by the friendly chatter and he remembers everything the following week so you feel like he's really listened to you & your symptoms. I could not have found a better physio to get me through the pain of whiplash. A friendly, family business that gets you through the pain with a smile and a laugh!!!

Alexis is a really friendly and vey effective physio. I have had ongoing back and foot problems for years and Alexis has made a huge difference, reducing both pain and increasing mobility. Bot badly priced either!
