Stayed here for 2 nights on business. The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was great. I found Lorraine who served us at breakfast & lunch very helpful with a great attitude. The bar area was pleasant with good service from Max, Adeel & Art. It makes such a difference with good attentive staff. Would stay here again

Feel comfortable safe and looked after.
Foods been good and timely and there is a nice feel in the bar even as a sole female traveller.
Really lovely staff through out and big shout out to the Adeel and Max who have served me the last couple of nights.

Brilliant stay at the hotel, warm and welcoming staff and made me feel at ease after a long drive. Adeel in particular was a real credit to the company with his consideration of my stay and interesting conversation, I would highly recommend.

I stay at this hotel regularly and have to say the staff absolutely make this hotel. In particular Max and Adeel are enormously welcoming and friendly - I will continue to stay because of team members like this - thanks very much 👍🏻

Sheshi the receptionist handled me personally the room was fresh and clean the view was amazing of the sunset and town below tash and art at dinner time handled me personally Yash and max were brilliant at breakfast sooo pleasant I can't say enough about the holiday Inn staff this was my second stay my first stay was with my boyfriend 16 years ago when my daughter was born at this very same hotel old is gold as they say! 💖😍😘

The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out in terms of; friendly staff; a warm welcome on arrival; comfortable & modern rooms; a high standard of cleanliness throughout; great quality breakfast & selection; parking options. A very positive experience overall with no issues. Well done everyone and thank you especially the three young men serving breakfast in the morning nothing was a bother to them.

I have been staying in the hotel for 15 weeks for business and have had a fantastic stay. The staff have been fantastic, always very friendly and happy to help out. They have remembered my room and always specially provided soft pillows. Adeel who works in the bar has been particularly great. He was always happy to chat and go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. Rooms are good and clean and their is a large breakfast selection to choose from. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Preston!

I’ve had a lovely stay the staff are very friendly and all extremely helpful hotel is in a good place, close to the city centre right next door to the bus station 10 mins walk to the railway station close to all the shops

Max and Adeel provided us with great customer service from behind the bar, highly recommend you go visit the hotel. The hotels breakfast was delicious and the customer service was great again. The reception team was also very welcoming.

HAD A LONG WEEKEND HERE. AN ENJOYABLE STAY. CLEAN, TIDY PLEASANT HOTEL. WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION TO RETURN BACK TO THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. COMFORTABLE BED, HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.

I needed a Hotel close to the city centre, and the Holiday Inn was ideal about a 10 minute walk from the Railway Station and close to the city centre. Checkin was so quick and the staff where very freindly and informative about the Hotel facilities, which sometime doesnt happen. I was on the 7th floor and the room was perfectly clean / tidy and well kept. I went to the bar/restuarant for something to eat, the menu had something for everyone and i just sat in the bar. Food was delivered in good time and the quality and taste was good and a member staff came across to ask if everything is ok which was a nice touch. I had a good sleep in a comfortable bed and it was very quiet. Breakfast was a self service buffet with a good choice of food on offer. i would stay again as the location/ hotel and staff where excellent

Took time to check in. Room was clean and tidy, bed was very uncomfortable tho. Bar is inline with most hotel bars and obviously more expensive. You have to also go up a flight of stairs to check in. Parking outside & we were lucky to get a spot as it was very full! Hotel was clean & didn’t look dated. £2 service charge for breakfast in bed, which was brilliant! It was packed with flavour and a great sized portion, well worth the money we paid to stay here.

I liked the hotel. Space to sit quietly and work with a coffee. Gluten free options for dinner and breakfast. The gym in particular was basic, but still a great addition. Views over the city and I was the only one there. Nice room, clean etc. Bit tricky getting out with the traffic in the morning though, give yourself extra time.

Rooms were excellent clean and tidy. Reception is on the first floor so no one greeted us and we had to take our own luggage in. Very friendly staff and food was good also.

Stayed in Preston in order to travel down to Liverpool for Eurovision. Easy access to the motorway, lovely comfy bed, great breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good standard holiday Inn, close to town centre. Some free parking for around 20 to 30 cars, so first come first served. There is a bus terminal parking right next door for £3 per 24hrs. This hotel had a good standard breakfast and the room had a bath and Aircon but was slightly small. The staff are friendly and helpful.
