A nice and clean hotel, with a decent room and nice bed. It's close to the city centre and all of the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Good value for money!

Room was great especially the large comfy bed. Food was outstanding large portions and piping hot and the service was great all round with friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

I came to Preston on a business trip and was due to stay for just 2 nights but when the project I was working was extended I had to stay a further 2 night's I had the option of moving to a different hotel but I decided not to.
I was really happy with my stay the breakfast buffet is excellent and so are the evening meals I had a different meal each night and all of them were equally delicious . The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
If I was to stay in Preston again I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending the hotel to my colleagues.

Super friendly staff that do seem to enjoy working there. At check out I was told I would be staying in one of the newly refurbished rooms (7th floor). The room was a good size and incredibly clean. Only downside was it was like a sauna when entering but was quickly fixed. The gym is located on the 7th floor which you have to get a separate key to gain access. This was a little frustrating as I had to go all the way back to reception to go back up when it could of been sorted in the check in process. The gym is small but equipment is decent quality and all in working order. I ordered a pizza from the bar in the evening and it was very average but there was lots of choice on the menu and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choice and well laid out
