Stayed in room 614 had my evening meal and sat in the bar area.
The food was first class.
My room was spotless as usual and the bed was comfortable.
Great hotel, lovely staff ( reception ladies( are always welcoming and always willing to help.
Being an honest review the car park is tight as the hotel is having a refurbishment.
Apart from that can't wait to return.

Even though it is a city centre hotel and it is quite dated in places.I have always had a good time using it,the staff are extremely helpful and the food and drink are decent.

Rooms clean and comfy beds. Parking an issue drive into car park and it was full but can’t turn round due to cars parked out of spaces

Basic hotel that fulfills the needs of someone travelling to Preston for work.
Right now there is work being completed to the gym so there is no access to it. This was not widely publicised through my booking channel so it was a surprise when I arrived. You can take out a 1- or 3- day pass for a PureGym that is ~7 minutes walk away and far better equipped than any gym that Holiday Inn will provide.
Breakfast is fine and plentiful. The restaurant serves its purpose.
The hotel has an abundance of twin rooms but apparently not enough doubles to meet demand.
