They have done it again!
Wilson Wines have given me a fabulous wine to try and I think this may well become a firm favourite for special occasions.
It’s a
2009 Chablis from Levert Freres.
Now this is a wine to enjoy on a Summer’s evening. A luxurious wine deserving a luxurious partner, so how about a freshly caught Lobster from the waters around Pembrokeshire. Oh I am getting carried away!
The tasting notes:
A well balanced wine, although flinty dry with a powerful body it has lovely soft fruit with fascinating mineral overtones. Loved it!!
