Sparkling is the name of the game this week with no less than Three cracking Sparkling Wines from France.  So whether you like it Dry, a little sweeter, white or Pink there will definitely be one of these that will suit your palate.

Veuve Valmant Brut
This is an aromatic crisp and fruity well balanced sparkling wine.
Ideal for an aperitif  on a lovely summer evening
The wine is clear and full of tiny bubbles and very refreshing.

Veuve Valmant Demi Sec
This is also an aromatic fruity sparkling wine with a slighter sweeter palate, would go well with a delectable summer dessert, such as Strawberry Shortbread or an old classic Summer Pudding.
Like the Brut it is clear and full of tiny bubbles – very drinkable!

Veuve Valmant Rose
Rose Wines have been very popular this summer, particularly the ones with the drier palate. This Pink Sparkling wine is no exception – like the Brut it is aromatic crisp and has a hint of Summer Fruits. Delicious!  This would be ideal as an aperitif and right on through to the dessert!!
