Its bright straw in colour and has pure aromas of tangy Apricot, peach, quince, lemon with a hint of Orange peel. (very summery) Attractive stone fruit flavours come through on the palate with just enough acidity to give good balance. Good Viognier character with some richness and a long clean finish.
This is ideal served well chilled and is excellent with fish, shellfish and white meats. We love it particularly with tapas or just simply on its own on a summers evening (if we ever get one!) with friends!!
