We all know that Fish is good for us…Yes?
Would you like you and your family to eat more?
Do you need a helping hand to get your children to eat more than fish fingers?

Well here it is!  As Pembrokeshire gets into gear to host Fish Week, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Ant and Al from S4C’s Stwnsh Sadwrn are joining forces to encourage you and your children to cook and eat and enjoy local, sustainably caught fish.

Ant and Al will be hosting a live cookery show from the theatre at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo.

There will be three performances of “Kids Cooking with the Stars” on Saturday the 30th of June at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.   No booking is required and the event will be included in your entrance fee for the day.
Children will recognise Ant and Al and will be swept along with their energy, just be warned that the pester power to eat more fish will be off the scale! (no pun intended!)
The folks at Folly Farm know how to combine fun and education, and throughout the course of Fish week will be running activities, card hunts and prize trails, to teach children about our oceans and sustainability.
