The Moorings at Dale Yacht Club is hosting a May Tasting Menu evening and it will be a culinary delight.
Adam Birch is the talented, well- travelled and experienced chef that has put together a menu that makes the most of the new season’s offerings, his experiences and his talents to create a feast to rival all others. His food is exciting and flavours are cleverly layered to satisfy the sophisticated palate.
Beginning at 7.30pm with a strawberry Mojito, the evening will comprise of 9 courses and will include a complimentary cocktail.

The evening will be a chance to sample Adam’s culinary talents and to encourage you to come and see The Moorings for yourselves. The restaurant itself is light and airy and has stunning views across Dale’s pretty beach.
The Moorings is open for food from 11am to 11pm and as such is an ideal location when out and about, or enjoying a walk, as lunch will be available when you arrive!
Adam’s partner Cerianne provides exceptional front of house service and is very knowledgeable about wines and stock a good wine cellar, catering for all tastes and at reasonable prices.
