It is time to celebrate all things fishy!
Pembrokeshire Fish Week is here again!

Pembrokeshire Fish Week is the best food festival in the U.K.  It is an exceptional event that begins on June 23rd 2012 and will continue until the 1st July 2012.

There will be something for everybody at Pembrokeshire Fish Week. For the keen angler, sports enthusiasts, musicians, foodies and children there will be fun for all!
The opening event will kick-off proceedings at The Marina, Milford Haven Dockside at 10.30am.

The event celebrates Pembrokeshire’s natural assets, the wide assortment of activities available, the diversity of local fish and the talented chefs and restaurants that utilise our unique resources.

For example 9 holes of Golf and a fishy lunch at Priskilly Forest Country House and Golf Club!

On Saturday (June 23rd) enjoy a round of golf, followed by locally caught fish and seafood lunch at Y Cabin .  You can enjoy a woodland walk in their ancient woodland or simply a delicious homemade fishy lunch, followed by homemade desserts.   Wine chosen by a local wine merchant, crusty breads and seasonal Pembrokeshire potatoes will accompany your delicious fish.

The daily menu and specials board sport the finest fresh fish at The Stackpole Inn, Stackpole . Share the fun of fish week throughout the week, enjoy fish dishes for 2, 3 or 4 to share!  Roast bass, grey mullet, plaice and brills are some of their favourites - go along and give something new a try!  Dining is from 12.00 - 14.00 and 18.30 - 21.00.

On June 29th crab and lobster, sole, pollock, sea bass and grey mullet will be available at The Stackpole Inn and you will be able to enjoy a two course fish supper for £18! Sittings are from 18.30-21.00.

Adam Birch of Pembrokeshire Fine Foods will be supporting the festival at The Moorings Restaurant in Dale.  On June 26th he is hosting a 9 course grazing menu that will include,

Poached Pembrokeshire lobster and a crayfish cocktail with mango sorbet.
Confit salmon fillet with salt cod brandade and seafood tortellini.
