This Chocolate of the Week from Fredericks Chocolaterie recalls sultry summer nights on an exotic holiday in North Africa in particular Marrakech in Morocco.  This glossy dark chocolate ganache is aptly named....

Arabian Night
Inspired by traditional Bedouin coffee drunk under the stars in the desert, this ganache is infused with Fredericks house arabica coffee beans, green cardamom pods and lightly toasted cinnamon before being encased in Grenadian dark chocolate for a sophisticated flavour sensation.

This would be an ideal  with your morning coffee or an after dinner treat.

I am always amazed and delighted at the variety of taste sensations Emily Wright creates in her chocolates.  Each one unique and flavoursome created and filled with fresh ingredients.  It's a fact chocolate, high in antioxidants is good for you but it should always be good chocolate and you can rely on Fredericks Chocolaterie only serving the very best.
Emily sources chocolate from South America, Indonesia and the Carribean

There is always a wonderful choice of chocolate treats for all the family, so if visiting friends and family this bank holiday weekend call into Fredericks Chocolaterie en route and select a few choccies it will make an ideal gift and win you definite brownie points.

You will find Fredericks Chocolaterie in Narberth at the bottom end of St James Street or call 01834 909 140
