Would you like your key stage 1 and 2 children to enjoy new and stimulating experiences?
The dedicated staff at Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo in their role as Folly Farm Education offer Outreach Workshops. These workshops are fully interactive. Trained professionals will use hands-on activities and Zoological items to stimulate language and a range of questions as the children touch and feel. In some cases Folly Farms pets and creatures can also visit. There are three session themes running currently.
• Conservation
• Mini Beasts
• And Habitats.
Outreach workshops can only be booked in conjunction with a school trip. Combined with a trip the learning can continue in the classroom and both are powerful tools to get youngsters to think about nature, conservation and an array of animals in a positive way and in some spark a lifelong interest in the natural world.
