Fish Week is in full swing throughout Pembrokeshire this week.
There is something for everyone. In fact you could tour and cover nearly all of Pembrokeshire during the week participating in Coasteering with a foraging twist with Preseli Venture or Celtic Quest Coasteering, often described as extreme rock pooling both involve exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline, (I have seen these guys down at the Blue Lagoon leaping off some extremely high rocks!); Fishy Art, at the Darwin Centre; Creating a Fish Week Masterpiece at Bubble Fish and Sea-Monster workshop in the Creative Café in Haverfordwest or how about a "Seafood Forage and Risotto Cook-Up!" with the staff at Llys Meddyg in Newport or a "Really Wild Foraging" with Julia of the Really Wild Festival. There is Coarse Fishing at Wolfsdale Pitt near Camrose. There are BBQs, and Fish Suppers nearly everywhere. I like the idea of an hours river trip up the stunning Cleddau Estuary from the Jolly Sailor and then back for a fish supper.
And finally don't forget the Carnival in Milford Haven - Goodness its all go!!
