Looking for an action-packed weekend?

Want a fun-filled day out for all the family?

Need somewhere to entertain kids of all ages next weekend?

There is so much to do at the Clerkenhill Adventure Farm and Frizbee Golf in Slebech that you’ll need more than one visit to see it all.

Making the most of what is left of summer and early autumn is what it’s all about now – and this place offers a selection of exciting and interactive outdoor activities for all the family to enjoy.

It’s the perfect place to spend a day testing your skills on the Frizbee Golf Course, whizzing down the amazing tube slides or facing your fears through the spooky wood.

There are many other trails and activities around the farm, including:

  • Adventure Trail
  • Pedal Go Karts
  • Little Giant Walk
  • Wobble Walkways
  • Boggy Walk
  • Chicken Run
  • Small tractor track
  • Small animals

The adventure trail takes you through the spooky woodland with lots of interesting swings and slides and sights along the way, watch out for giants, bears and spooks! There is even a beach, but beware of the sharks! Have a chat with the animals around the park. Watch the children laughing and playing in the numerous large play areas, which include giant tube tunnel slides.

There are many animals to meet and pet at Clerkenhill Adventure Farm, including Shetland ponies, goats and sheep, ducks and chickens. Griffin the friendly Welsh Mountain Pony has always lived at Clerkenhill and children love to stroke him as well as his best friend, Densil the Donkey.

If you don't want to join in the fun and frolics, you can sit back and relax in the Old Loft Café or browse around the gift shop.

Frizbee Golf is great fun and can be enjoyed by everyone. The 18-hole course is spread over ten acres of a valley adjoining the Clerkenhill Adventure Farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside with trees and streams around the course.

Frizbee Golf follows similar rules to golf but instead of hitting a ball with a club towards a hole in the ground you throw a frizbee towards a ‘basket’.  The challenge is to throw the frizbee into the basket with the least amount of throws. Each fairway has a par rating and varies in distance and difficulty from its neighbours. Fairways vary in distance from 14 metres to 90 metres. There are many obstacles and challenges to guide your frizbee through. Can you get a hole-in-one?

Clerkenhill Adventure Farm is open daily 10am to 5pm every weekend from now until the end of October and every day through half term week in October.
