What is it?

It’s an outdoor exercise session which uses games, running and your own body weight to get you fit! Bring your little one along for the ride!

Why the Ultimate Buggy Boot camp is different to other buggy exercise programmes?

We will assess you before you embark on the 6 week exercises programme so we can track your results and fitness progress to help keep you motivated.  This will include weight, waist and hip measurements, waist and hip ratio WHR, body fat percentage and lung capacity.

When will it start?
A 6 week course starting on 10th March to 14th April 2011 at 10.30am. We will aim to meet at 10.15am so we can start on time to maximise your workout!

How much will it cost?
£49 for 6 weeks.

Who are your professionals that will be leading the programme?
Set up by Angela Jameson & Daniel Wolff, they have extensive experience in working with all types of fitness levels. Angela runs Physically-Fit, which specialises in Pre and Post Natal fitness and Pilates and Daniel in sports conditioning for elite athletes and young teenagers looking to excel at a specific sport.
