Due to the recent cold weather snap we have had an increase in reports of Theft Of Motor Vehicles.
Although it is tempting to start your vehicle and then go inside for a cuppa while the vehicle defrosts and warms up it is an open invitation to thieves. A tin of De-Icer and a windscreen ice scraper is a much cheaper option than having your vehicle stolen. Please do not leave vehicles running with keys in the ignition whilst the vehicle is un occupied.
