What a find ! The vibe and ambience was matched with the great decor making use of the vaulted ceilings and cute eating booths. The linen and attentive service just added to the overall great experience.
Now to the food. Exceptional! The risotto with salmon and asparagus was delicious tasty and creamy . Highly recommend.

I have always noticed this newly opened Italian restaurant, and friends who live nearby have also recommended the quality of this restaurant to me. I was just nearby and wanted to find a restaurant for lunch, so I decided to come here to try it. First of all, the decoration of the restaurant is magnificent, with a little Italian style, and it is integrated into the feeling of British FINE DINING. The clerk is polite and has a good attitude. Since this is the first time, I chose to come during the business lunch period. The selection of the menu is very rich, not only a few, there are Pizza spaghetti Risotto and so on.The Rock Special I ordered made me overjoyed. The prawns are very Juicy and fresh, and the spaghetti taste is not too strong. With Parma cheese, you can't stop one after another. And Risotto is also very high-level. Compared with most restaurants, he lives relatively soft and can be integrated with the sauce. All in all, this is a high-quality Italian restaurant in the same area, I believe I will visit again

We were here for the first time on Saturday. The building is beautiful and the decor inside is really lovely. When we arrived there were several staff members congregating around the bar area, we didn’t no who to talk to and it seemed a bit chaotic. But a friendly lad showed us to our table. We had a table for 2 but it was quite close to a table for 4 who were rather loud - there was also a standing fan blowing straight in my face!
There are round booths down the side which seem to seat two or 3 people, and the position of our table meant we were being stared at side on by a couple in a booth!
We both ordered the chicken milanse to start and it was enormous! Definitely not a starter, but unfortunately the chicken was very bland, no flavour, and came with new potatoes and some salad.
We ordered pizzas for main, which were ok, but we make tastier ones at home with our Ooni pizza oven. There was no garlic bread on the evening menu, and no fresh Parmesan is offered, only some grated cheese in a shaker pot.
The young lad that served us was friendly and polite, but overall we were left deflated and won’t be rushing back. Shame, as it was nice to have a new restaurant open in the town.

Despite the mixed reviews we decided to give this a go. In short, it's all just a bit strange, a bit drab and although the staff were polite the service was incredibly slow from start to finish. The food, once it arrived was pretty decent but I don't think we will be returning. Definitely not an authentic experience.

Had a birthday meal for my wife, contacted them to book a table in the Olive Garden for cocktails before our meal. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, after our cocktails we went into restaurant they'd only decorated table with baloons and after a delicious first class meal with excellent service after which we had no room for dessert, three of the staff brought a cheesecake with birthday candle and sang Happy Birthday we were so pleased and impressed, cannot recommend it enough, thank you so much

On a warm summer evening The Olive Garden offered a delightful space to eat and drink with friends. Four of us each enjoyed a dish we had not previously tasted. The ambience, food and service were excellent.

Lovely venue with helpful staff. Stars lost due to uncomfortable seating and staff that despite a very quiet restaurant were slow in collecting food from the kitchen.
Food wise the starter was excellent, main was very good (both being fairly authentic Italian) the desserts were disappointing. My wife had the ice-cream which was nice enough.. But the order was wrong. My dessert was a frozen dessert that looked and tasted like it was bought in. If the desserts were better we would happily give the restaurant 5 stars.

Now I don't do a lot of social media or reviews, and I'll only leave a review if somewhere is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor.
Last night was my 3rd visit to Vault & Vine in Market Harborough, and I'm not a massive Italian fan as I find pasta quite boring. But at Vault & Vine its far from boring. Service and staff are very good to.
In my opinion, its probably now, one of the best restaurants in the town 👌

Eaten here with various different family members during June on three occasions. It’s an impressive restaurant. We have never booked but staff have courteously taken us to a table. Drinks appeared soon after we had ordered. Wide choice of food with pastas and pizzas on the menu as well as fish and meat ones. Prices seem right for this venue.Everyone has been happy with their choice of food and we will be back again. In restaurants after we’ve finished our meal no one seems to notice we have finished and would like to pay, I must have become invisible. It’s happened in many places and happened here on one occasion.
