Excellent everything very lovely service was just visiting the town and popped in lovely building everything was nice spicy prawns and chops to start, fish platter and tagliatelle with clams, nice desert, and washed down with a nice wine,, thank you for swapping the salmon with seabass,if we are back in town we will Pop in again,, THANKS

I have been to this restaurant twice now, once close to opening and another time recently and both times I have been disappointed with the food.
Allegedly the chef is italian, however i find this impossible to believe given the menu includes pizzas with chicken on, and even pineapple! The menu is huge, with over 110 different items, how can any chef or team expect to be able to create 110 different dishes to a high standard?
I also think the decor could be done well. It looks nice inside but in a chintzy way, and given the beautiful old features they could have created something thag feels more Italian.
I am giving this 3 stars because I think it had potential to improve if the restaurant actually take on board feedback. Shrink the menu and concentrate on doing far fewer dishes but do them well.

This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The staff were all excellent, very obliging and helpful. There was a very nice ambience even though the restaurant was not overly busy. The food was first class and there was a wide choice. We will certainly go back, hopefully in the near future.

Second visit to this restaurant and whilst the food and service were once again very good this time we were asked to leave before we had finished

Booked for dinner for 7 people. Food was very good and decent portion size. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hadn't told them that it was for a birthday celebration but they must have overheard and brought birthday balloons to decorate the table. After our meal they brought over a slice of cheesecake decorated with candles and sang happy birthday. Thank you.

The pizza was delicious, up there with the best in town. And excellent value at lunchtime, only £9.95. Great service, impressive classy setting yet still with a relaxed vibe for a quick lunch. No dogs or kids when we went thankfully (dont know what the policy is on that but their absence today suited me). Will go back for sure!

What an amazing find! Walking into Vault and Vine, I was so impressed with the ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was second to none and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Their hospitality and knowledge of the menu, especially gluten free options was outstanding. Thoroughly recommend this place for an unforgettable eating experience.

We were a party of 10 celebrating a 30th 🎉 The service was spot on and the food was excellent..all 10 of us loved our food..There were a few other celebrations going on and there was a lovely atmosphere..We were really looked after by the whole team..We will definitely be back and would certainly recommend The Vault and Vine 🍾🥂
