We visited Vault & Vine last night, and were pleasantly surprised with the decor and the restoration. Loved the safe door was still in use!. We didn’t book but were taken to table immediately. The menu was extensive but not as authentic as expected. I had a pint of Sagres, not italian, which didn’t taste the best, quickly followed by a birra moretti. Would have preferred Peroni on draught. Our food arrived and was excellent 👌🏼. Not totally convinced it was a fine dining experience but was pleasant. Staff were friendly, possibly over staffed and the manager Sandeep was on point. The lighting could be dimmer and some background music. Happily recommend this restaurant and will most definitely be returning.

The food was superb, the decor beautiful and the staff were extremely nice & the service very prompt. We thought a lovely gesture was when the chef came to our table and asked us if we enjoyed the meal, this is something you don’t see these days. We would definitely make another visit.

The decor is great, really nice environment. The staff are great! We were disappointed with the food, it really didn’t taste of authentic Italian food. We spoke to the head chef who explained that they cannot use Beef in any of their food due to religious reasons. This restriction really implicates the ability to recreate authentic Italian dishes!

First time we went in tonight and just wow! Service is amazing kind and helpful staff.
Food was mouthwatering! Table of 4 and all of our meals were fantastic. And pudding was soo good especially the traditional tiramisu!!! Highly highly highly recommend going!!

Lovely place, really well done up from the old NatWest bank! Beautiful decor and a good atmosphere all around. The young girl who served me was super polite with a lovely smile and all around good attitude. It is on the pricey side tho. 2 pizzas and a starter almost £45 and 3 drinks £17. Would go back tho!

The prawn and salmon pasta dishes were delicious and we found the staff really attentive. We ate at lunchtime so the restaurant was a little quiet but we will definitely return. The decor is fab. Thank you 😊

From start to finish it was lovely staff very polite my only criticism would be the olive garden open 1-9 if people are popping in on their lunch break it would be nice to sit out, from when they open at 12, food was lovely didn’t have to wait long at all, definatley would go bk

The interior is lovely, and the staff were both friendly and relatively attentive. However, we had to wait a while for our payment to be taken, to the point I had to go up to the bar to pay.
The food was nice and the pina colada was truly wonderful, but although I appreciate it’s a fine dining restaurant (something the interior clearly displays) the food didn’t really warrant the high price tag.
Also, over half the menu was sea-food options, specially most of the pasta dishes, which is extremely problematic if you’re a picky eater. The lunch menu certainly looked better than the evening menu for choice, despite not eating from it.
On the note of menus, for some strange reason, I would guess because of the use of a dirty cloth to wipe them, the menus had a rather unpleasant, pungent spell to them. You could smell it as they walked past with menus.
Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant, just suffering with some basic teething problems. It has the potential to be a true hot spot is Market Harborough.
