Dr. Ravi & his team were amazing during the whole Invisalign process, from the first consultation to the final appointment. Dr. Ravi explained every procedure that would be involved, including the timescales and cost. At every appointment, he and his team welcomed me with smiles and nothing was an issue and they were very accommodating and professional.
The only negative for me is that I wish I had done this years ago!

Updating my previous review.
Been going to Brookside Dental for over a year now and have had lots of work done on my teeth. Fillings changed to white, new bridge. New felt any pain (even the injections) and the work has been excellent 😁.
Dr Ravi makes sure he talks you through what needs to be done, why and always looks for the best outcome for the customer. The reason I can say this is because what I originally wanted wasn’t possible for me. Dr Ravi could have left it there but he didn’t, he looked at a way to help me. I also asked for another tooth to be fixed, Dr Ravi told me it was fine and didn’t just do the work to take a payment.
The whole team are fantastic. They are all really friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Friendly staff make me feel at ease. I feel lucky to have found Brookside. If anyone is worried about dental work, this is definitely the place to go ☺️.

Amazing service that you can ALWAYS rely on. I needed to book in for an emergency appointment and they managed to book me in for the next day without any issues which was so appreciated. I booked an appointment with Brookside Dental for my 15 year old daughter as she needed some tooth extraction. I was very impressed since my first phone call. The staff is amazing and polite, the receptionist Lauren was very helpful and booked us in very quickly. Dr Ravi is lovely, made my daughter feel at ease as she was so worried with extraction. The nurse is comforting and reassured my daughter she won’t feel anything and talked to her to make her feel less tense. Overall experience is great, this is the first dentist place where we felt valued and cared!

I had originally contacted brookside dentist in late 2023 because of severe tooth pain I was having and a fear of the dentist due to neglect from my last practice. I was instantly made to feel at ease and welcome. On my first appointment, I was explained to about the work that needed doing to my teeth and was given options about my treatment the whole way through. When I had my appointment with Dr Ravi yesterday to have all of my dental work completed I can safely say he had restored my faith in dentists. Ravi made sure I was comfortable the whole time, walked me through my treatment and what was happening and was always listening to my concerns. I am now home with a healthy mouth and my outlook for the future of my teeth is so positive!

I had a problem with my gum over a weekend of course! messaged Brookside Dental and received a reply fixing an appointment for me on Monday Morning! The best Dentist myself and my family have ever had. I used to dread going to the Dentist because of previous experiences. I don't dread visiting the Dentist anymore! I have had work done to improve the appearance of my teeth with Ravi which I would have been too nervous to have had done previously. Highly recommend Brookside Dental.

I was so impressed with these guys. I needed an emergency appointment on the Friday before Christmas as my tooth had cracked & broken...my own dentist had no appointments available,apparently!! From the moment I rang Brookside Dental to the moment I was seen was around half an hour. The lovely,pleasant young man extracted the broken part so I didn't swallow it whilst eating my Christmas dinner,smoothed the rough edges,took an X-ray & devised a treatment plan to follow. Exceptional service & most definitely saved my Christmas.Thank you so much,eternally grateful.

Nine years ago, I had some composite bonding work done on my front teeth with another dentist because I had receding gums. This treatment helped to disguise the gum issue. Ravi has recently done some maintenance work on these teeth because I had some staining and gaps around the gumline. I am absolutely amazed and so very happy with the result - I feel like he has given me new teeth and the work was very reasonably priced. He didn't think it was necessary to start from scratch so does not do unecessary work. I've had good dentists in the past, but Ravi is the best by far - he is an excellent dentist and I feel that I am in safe hands. He is also very kind, and also very gentle when doing any work, so I have lost all fear of visits to the dentist now. It is just a very pleasant experience. He is exceptional. I intend to keep Ravi as my dentist forever, even if I move again.

For me the main thing was the understanding of people who suffer with severe mental health issues and also the fact the week before I had a extremely bad experience at another dentist with no compassion or understanding what so ever and left feeling upset and put off going to another!!
However Anisha from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a welcoming smile and treated with compassion sympathy and understanding of my bad experience... I instantly felt relieved and relaxed to go ahead with the examination. She was extremely kind and gave me good advice as to what to do next for a follow up.
💯 10/10 never had a dentist appointment like it!!
Would also like to commend the reception staff who again were extremely welcoming and Evey also went the extra mile to help me with the iPad with the information as I suffer with bad dyslexia and for me I was extremely grateful for her help and understanding and apologize if I've spelt her name wrong but I'm sure you know who I mean.
I have an appointment booked for the 9th of January and am sure all will go well.
