For me the main thing was the understanding of people who suffer with severe mental health issues and also the fact the week before I had a extremely bad experience at another dentist with no compassion or understanding what so ever and left feeling upset and put off going to another!!
However Anisha from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a welcoming smile and treated with compassion sympathy and understanding of my bad experience... I instantly felt relieved and relaxed to go ahead with the examination. She was extremely kind and gave me good advice as to what to do next for a follow up.
šÆ 10/10 never had a dentist appointment like it!!
Would also like to commend the reception staff who again were extremely welcoming and Evey also went the extra mile to help me with the iPad with the information as I suffer with bad dyslexia and for me I was extremely grateful for her help and understanding and apologize if I've spelt her name wrong but I'm sure you know who I mean.
I have an appointment booked for the 9th of January and am sure all will go well.

I have recently had replacement veneers and crowns and I am delighted with the results. Ravi is a serious and professional dentist who understands how much the detail matters. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I had root canal treatment with Dr Anisha today, her bedside manner is second to none, I was v nervous and she put me at ease, as did her assistant nurse.
Her knowledge and expertise in this area is faultless, she managed 1 tooth ok the other is proving difficult and she has referred me to an endontics specialist, and only charged me for the tooth she could treat, which was even better!! I 100% recommend this family practice

Very professional and caring practice. I had a implant done by Dr. Ravi. I was quite apprehensive but Dr Ravi was amazing. Took time to fully explain everything and took onboard all my queries and worries. I am absolutely delighted with the implant.

I had invisilign with Ravi, who was absolutly amazing from start to end! This treatment has made me so much more confident, I have a smile that I never imagined would be achievable. I have been with Brookside Dental Practise since I moved to the area 7 years ago. Not a fan of dentists after bad childhood experiences, but I have only had positive experiences with Ravi and the team at Brookside. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful and their hygienists have saved me from more fillings! This year I noticed one of my front teeth was cracked and my heart sank. Ravi saw me within a few days and explained all the options, as the tooth was in fact dead and we agreed an implant was the best way forward. I'll admit I was terrified. I've never had a tooth pulled or anything like this done before, just fillings. The procedure happened in early July, I had total confidence in Ravi, I didn't opt for sedation. It was over very quickly and was totally painless. There was no pain during the healing process, a little sore for the rest of the day, but that was it. By the beginning of September I had a new front tooth fitted and it looks totally natural. From start to finish, the implant procedure has been a first class service - Ravi always made time to answer any questions I had over email or the phone throughout the process. I couldn't ask for better care from Ravi and his team. 5 stars all the way!

I have been recommended this place by a friend as she had most beautiful teeth i noticed. I have been recommended DR Ravi and i could never go elsewhere now. I started my bonding with Dr Ravi few years ago and i keep coming back for polishing teeth and any other issues. The practise is beautiful, tidy and all staff are so kind and polite. I love coming there and I always get seen asap and respond to my emails straight away. I highly recommend this practise to anyone and i will never change my choice. Absolutely love Dr Ravi and all the staff at Brookside. From someone who was always scared of the Dentist, what a relief to have been recommended to Brookside. Since joining as a patient with Brookside Dental I have only experienced what I would class as a top rate service. The receptionists are very polite and helpful and the reception area is always spotless and has a chilled vibe with music playing in the background. Ravi , which I have seen from day one at the surgery always greets you with a smile and puts you at ease and explains everything to you in advance before carrying out any dental work and I have always been very pleased and satisfied with the outcome . I highly recommend Brookside Dental as a 5 star rating as it ticks every box .

I recently needed two white filling caps repaired, on two separate occasions. Ravi fitted me in at a moments notice, offering to extend his day so I was not left before my holiday. His sculpting is just amazing, looking realistic. The friendly atmosphere the practice creates can only be a reflection of the management oversight, and something thst is nothing but outstanding.
