Amazing team of people, My partner is neurodiverse and struggles with social interactions, everyone at Brookside has been patient, excepting and treated him amazingly, special mention to Dr Ravi who has been treating my partner, he explains things in a way that my partner understands he is patient, and the work he does is extremely professional, would 100% recommend this practice, thank you all for the work you do.

I was a very nervous patient after a couple of nasty experiences with previous dentists. I did some research and made an appointment to see Dr Ravi. Best decision ever. Ravi has proved there are some really good dentists who calm, support and reassure. I am so happy with my dental implants and now recommend Ravi to all of my friends. Great dental care! Called in, new patient , as an emergency wisdom tooth needed to be extracted earlier than it was planned by another practice that didn't have any availability before we go on holiday abroad. Evie (the receptionist ) went above and beyond to arrange an appointment for the next day, have an OPG X-Ray done and extraction the day after (earlier today). The dentist who carried out the OPG yesterday was Dr. Anisha, assisted by Lauren as the dental nurse. They were very calm and kindly explained the process before proceeding. Today, Dr. Dilan, with Shenella as the assisting nurse saw me for the actual extraction. Again, super professional, calm and kind, explaining every step of the way. Had to have a second local anaesthetic as my pain tolerance isn't great. However, after that everything was done pretty quickly and I didn't even feel the tooth coming out. I'm just glad and grateful that all these people made the effort to accommodate me. Big thank you to all of you that dealt with me over the last three days!

I have been in 2 minds regarding Invisalign and composite bonding for years and I finally took the plunge to go for it. After numerous consultations with other dental practices, I knew I wanted to go with Brookside Dental instantly. Dr Ravi provided me with knowledgeable and trustworthy information regarding the treatment process. I was seen regularly to make sure everything was ok throughout. The end result. Wow. Worth every penny. I knew I could put my trust in Dr Ravi. I now feel so much more confident when smiling. Couldn’t be happier with the end result 5🌟

I would wholeheartedly recommend Brookside dental. After doing a lot of research into Invisalign providers online, I stumbled upon Brookside Dental as a top rated provider.
From the first time I visited and saw the 3D before and after scan with Dr Ravi, it filled me with confidence that I was in safe hands. Their welcoming approach and 1:1 guidance with Emily made me feel totally at ease and throughout my treatment I felt like I was an individual, not just a patient. We were all working to the same goal.
Dr Shivani was fantastic and she has such an eye for detail - nothing was too much for the final tweaks as I had composite bonding on my front two teeth, and she was happy to work towards a relatively tight timeframe ahead of my wedding date. I am so pleased with the results and I would say, if you are on the fence about Invisalign - 100% go with it, and I would definitely recommend Brookside dental. Thank you all so much!

I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The team responded promptly to my emergency enquiry and were able to offer a same-day appointment, which was greatly appreciated. The dentist was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We found brookside and the wonderful Dr Ravi about 2 years ago. My daughter, Leah, then 15 has real issues with her teeth. She is missing several and was bullied dreadfully as a result.
Ravi was the first dentist who immediately had a plan. He referred us on to an orthodontist and together, they have worked miracles.
Leah has the most amazing smile now, she has no gaps and her confidence has grown massively.
We are all jealous of her smile and are saving to have ours done!
I genuinely cannot thank Dr Ravi enough. Also massive thanks to the wonderful Evie on reception who always did her best to find us an appointment. I cannot recommend Brookside highly enough.

Brookside Dental provides a welcoming environment with great staff and dentists, and their use of technology, such as 3D scanning, is impressive.
However, my experience with routine check-ups was not entirely aligned with my expectations. Attending without significant dental issues, I was surprised by the recommendation for multiple fillings. Seeking a second opinion elsewhere, the assessment was more consistent with my previous dental history, with no immediate work recommended.
It's understandable that different dentists may have varying approaches, but for me the experience led me to question the recommendations in my routine treatment care plan.

I am highly supportive of a practice that is willing to learn, take steps to continue to improve, support others in this ethos and receive public facing feedback.

Having decided to have implant treatment I cant thank Ravi and his team enough like a lot of people I don't relish Dental Treatment but the team at Brookside are so considerate and patient they made me feel so relaxed and looked after me throughout the whole process and the results are amazing Thankyou

I had really bad toothache that came on all of a sudden over a weekend. I called Brookside on Monday morning and they found me an appointment that day (I’m on one of their monthly plans) where they diagnosed the issue and did an xray. The day after that I started treatment and two weeks later I had a root canal procedure. I felt confident I’d had really professional advice and although the whole thing was a bit daunting, I knew I’d be well looked after. I really appreciated the kindness and expertise of the dentists and dental nurses who treated me, and the lovely reception staff deserve a mention too - they are so efficient, ensured I was seen quickly, and have been really thorough following up. Thanks all!

I used to hate dental check ups and treatment. I probably spent 10-15 years neglecting regular check ups because of the 'fear' I had of going. Then I moved back to Market Harborough and signed up with Brookside, met Dr Ravi and have never once feared a check up since. Dr Ravi is the best dentist I've ever had and makes me feel at ease, relaxed and like a friend every time I visit.
I can't recommend him and his team enough. If you're looking for a dentist in Market Harborough, well done - you just found one.

I can’t recommend Brookside Dental and Dr Ravi enough! The practice had a lovely atmosphere and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I had my initial consultation with Dr Anisha who was fantastic. She was extremely thorough and professional and happy to answer all of my questions.
I then had fillings with Dr Ravi in a follow up appointment. I was a particularly nervous patient, however, Ravi was excellent and made me feel at ease. The procedures were painless and so quick!
