Since joining as a patient with Brookside Dental I have only experienced what I would class as a top rate service. The receptionists are very polite and helpful and the reception area is always spotless and has a chilled vibe with music playing in the background. Ravi , which I have seen from day one at the surgery always greets you with a smile and puts you at ease and explains everything to you in advance before carrying out any dental work and I have always been very pleased and satisfied with the outcome . I highly recommend Brookside Dental as a 5 star rating as it ticks every box .

I recently needed two white filling caps repaired, on two separate occasions. Ravi fitted me in at a moments notice, offering to extend his day so I was not left before my holiday. His sculpting is just amazing, looking realistic. The friendly atmosphere the practice creates can only be a reflection of the management oversight, and something thst is nothing but outstanding.

I approached Brookside Dental last year following an accident knocking my front tooth out. Brookside got me an emergency appointment the following week. Dr.Ravi and his team were fantastic in getting a denture fitted within weeks of my appointment. A few months later I had a fully fitted implant. Ravi and the team were incredible. Ravi was very honest and helpful with my treatment plan as we wasn't even sure my teeth could be straightened using invisilign due to how misaligned they were. However it worked great and in just 6 months too! We finished with whitening and Ravi managed to sort some strangely shaped teeth with composite bonding which im unbelievably happy with. From start to finish my treatment was flawless. The entire team from reception staff, nurses and dentists work incredibly hard to create a first class experience.

Referred to this practice by my own dentist (a tribute of itself) following a broken veneer on my front tooth - a nightmare for anyone but especially in the days before giving a major business presentation. Ravi dealt with the immediate issue and fitted a replacement that was so convincing fit & colour-wise that I looked the same as usual. A further appointment to measure up for the replacement veneer and then a final one to actually fit it. A good job by a friendly dentist using the most contemporary techniques - and all supported by his Assistant and the Reception team.

After years of feeling disappointed with treatment at my previous NHS dental practice, I decided to go for a consultation with Brookside. I knew I potentially had some major dental work to do to and wanted someone I trusted to give me all the options.
From the first consultation, I have been impressed with the positive attitude, professionalism, skill and knowledge of the dentists and support staff. All costs are laid out clearly before dental work is started and each stage of treatment is explained fully.
I have had no issues at all with any stage of treatment and am thrilled with the dental implants I have had fitted. I would highly recommend this practice.

As a very nervous patient who had a bad experience with a local dentist that had set me back years in overcoming my dental phobia, I reached out to Ravi and the Brookside team. I had been reading good reviews and was feeling hopeful - I was needing an implant, a crown and a filling but at that time, it felt impossible for me to achieve.

The prep was all done to a high standard, with great modern scanning equipment so I don’t even need to get into the chair and the procedure was well planned and documented with all the info I would need.

I was offered IV sedation (alongside meds from my doctor upon their agreement) which I opted for - but I still fretted. Luckily, I can report last Thursday I had my work all done, and I was totally euphoric afterwards!

The team are so patient, which helps a lot if you are nervous. It can take just one grumpy receptionist or the feeling of being rushed or not understood to make you think ‘stuff this, I’m off!’ But everyone is just very kind. The practice is aesthetically nice, which also helps - you will likely look at a beautiful green back garden while they set up. You’ll also notice people coming out looking cheerful. Not like the horrors you probably imagine happen at a dentist.

This all helped build my mind up to it, but to be honest, IV sedation was the final, most wonderful option. The upshot was I had a successful implant, filling and crown done in one session and remember saying about 2 words and it taking about 6 minutes - not quite the reality! I don’t recall any sounds, any instructions or feelings- but was told by my mum I was very happy and placid, with my feet dancing to the music, chatting away. She told me how skilled Ravi was working on my teeth - and how all the team diligently cleaned, watched over me, and worked like an F1 team to get it all done. A few paracetamol and a big sleep and I was good to get back to work the next day.

I feel like this has laid the foundations for me getting less nervous each time. I am not an easy patient to treat, and I’m sure every dentist would love people to be cool cucumbers, but some of us need some time. This dentist is a great choice if you feel similar and want that gentle touch to get you over any dental anxiety. I am hopeful for the road ahead.

My best ever experience with Brookside Dental Practice. I was so nervous at first. I had issues with my wisdom tooth and I needed new mouth guard. Ravi made the consultation so simple, easy and quick 😄. He was fantastic with each and every details about my concern using the dental digital scan not the smelly mould things 😁😁. Following successful implant surgery last year, I again received excellent dental treatment from Ravi and team this week. With excellent supporting customer service, you'd be hard pressed to find a better practice.

I have received excellent treatment from Anisha who dealt with a very painful infected filling caused by another dentist. She performed root canal treatment on this tooth very quickly and without any discomfort. This family run practice is very well managed.

First class experience from initial enquiry through to treatment. For someone that's always been very nervous about visiting the dentist (following a bad experience elsewhere) Ravi and the team really put me at ease. Would highly recommend.

After considering dental implants for two missing teeth in a prominent position, I started researching establishments in Leicestershire to obtain prices etc. All but one offered a 'free, no obligation consultation,' but in fact actually wanted between £80-£100, and if I went ahead with the work, the fee would be deducted from the final cost, so not exactly free, and if I didn't go through with it, I'd have paid the money for nothing.

The 'all but one' dental practice was Brookside Dental of Market Harborough.
When I first contacted them, the reception staff were all welcoming and helpful. The free no obligation consultation, was exactly that, free, no obligation and no pressure, and actually turned out to be the most affordable.. In a relaxed environment, I met with one of the Principal Dentists, Dr Ravi Gathani, a very welcoming, friendly, cheery chap who gave me about 20 minutes of his time(free), to fully explain the procedure step by step, and then told me to go away and have a think, and to give him a call if I thought of any other questions, or to actually book the first appointment. No pressure, no stress and no hassle.

I was almost certain when leaving that I would be returning. The work was carried out in three visits. I was slightly aphrehensive at the first appointment, the thought of having a hole drilled into my jaw bone to place the implant wasn't high up on my 'to do' list that week, but in fact, the experience was no worse than having a tooth extraction. I am absolutely delighted with the results and it means, no-more wearing of those dentures..

Dr Ravi is very confident, capable and professional who makes you feel very at ease, as I told him on more than one occasion, he is truely a 'Wizard of Dentistry.'

I have been terrified of the dentists for years so had stopped going. At the same time I was really unhappy with my smile as years of grinding my teeth had worn them down.
Eventually I decided I had to at least get up to date with dental treatment so hesitantly booked in with Brookside based on the reviews I’d read online.
Fantastic decision! Six months later I am fully up to date with my treatment, my teeth were straightened using aligners and I have composite veneers - and grin like a Cheshire Cat in photos!
The whole team are lovely and reassuring. Dr Ravi was great at explaining each step of the process, recognised how terrified I was to begin with and was incredibly patient which really helped to manage my anxiety.

The first-class dental treatment I received from Dr. Ravi, really was first class. It was a very difficult task that Ravi confidently undertook, which several other dentists found too daunting to take on.
It was such a relief to find two dentists (Ravi and his wife Dr. Anisha) who both trained at the world-famous Kings College London, now practising in Market Harborough.
The friendliness, care and expertise displayed is unsurpassed.
That the practise also does ultra-light sedation if wanted, is an additional bonus.
