I've only just registered with the practice.
However, on two visits with the dentist and hygienist I think they are great.

I was very pleased with my treatment which included an implant.
I was always welcomed and the procedure was fully explained and carried out with great skill. I am very satisfied with results.

We’ve been using Brookside Dental for the whole family…my mum, my kids and us too. It’s run so professionally, all the staff are very kind, supportive and make a lot of time for you. What I love most is that we always see the same dentist or hygienist and so there is a real continuity of care. Shivani is fantastic with my little kids and Ravi always takes his time with us. Thank you Team Brookside for looking after our teeth 😁😁😁 a big thumbs up from us 👍👍👍

Saw Ravi for my regular check up. Service was personal and efficient. Couldn’t reccomend him any higher. Great practise. Lovely staff end to end experience.

The team were fantastic, great customer service at the reception and Ravi has been re-assuring the whole way through. I had dental implants, and the process was a bit of an ordeal, but well worth it for the end result. If I had any concerns they had me straight back to check everything was ok. You cannot tell I had anything done, they have matched my teeth colour, shape and size perfectly

I don’t live in Market Harbour but I picked this place because of the reviews and I wasn’t happy with our dentist in Wellingborough
So I went there did a checkup and Dr Yelena told me to have an appointment with hygienist Jessica and then to some work on my teeth (fillings)
I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist due to bad experience when I was quite young so you can imagine the stress

I was so scared of cleaning my teeth but Jessica was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job and she numb me very well. I thought I will do just one session and see you never but after she cleaned my teeth with care and loads of sweat (from my side) I’m definitely coming to see her every 6 months and let her do her magic

Now I was hoping to see Dr Ravi due to the amount of reviews here so I was a bit skeptic but also stressed of course
After my cleaning today I saw Dr Yelena and let me tell you - she needs much more reviews. She was absolutely amazing with me. She numb my area and she was so careful and thoughtful with me. For those who are scared like me (couldn’t sleep all night and sweating my palms just the thought to go to the dentist) please do not worry - these Dr and hygienist are amazing
And lastly the receptionist all of them are just super lovely and friendly (we need more of you at practices)
I really want to repeat myself and thank you Jessica and Dr Yelena for seeing me and take care of me
My partner will change his dentist to you guys due to my experience and will bring my two babies here as well

I rarely leave reviews but i believe the incredible service and treatment given by all the staff at Brookside Dental is worthy of the highest praise . The level of service is second to none. I called as an emergency patient and got an appointment within hours. Thank you for giving piece of mind and genuinely caring for your patients. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you x

As part of this review I must explain that I am British but live in France. I first visited Brookside Dental 3 years ago to investigate the possibility of improving my dental hygiene and correcting years of decay and poor management. I had stopped smiling and would steer away from eating many of my favourite foods. My self confidence in public was very low.
Over time, I had more than several implants and crowns fitted. I began to smile again and it would not be an understatement to say it changed my life. Brookside Dental are magnificent and despite the inconvenience, I return each year for my annual check-up. Ravi and his team are superb, always accommodating and from start to finish guided me through the complete process. I would recommend them unreservedly, thank you all.

My experience at this private dental clinic was good. I underwent two dental fillings. At the start I was informed what to expect from the procedure. This reassured me , there was also a television in the room positioned at the ceiling , which helped to calm my nerves. The dental surgeon,nurse were efficient and professional. The receptionist was helpful and attentive.

Having been a patient of NHS dentists all my life and having gum disease causing teeth to work loose and need taking out without anything wrong with them, I decided to go to Brookside Dental. In just a few months they have transformed my mouth. I've had 3 extractions, 2 white fillings and new denture made for me and advice on brushing etc following a deep clean from the hygienist. I might only have 16 teeth left, but they feel healthy and strong and I am now keeping them really clean. Thank you Brookside dental, I am so happy

Brookside dental are fantastic. My son has needed a lot of care lately and they have always made him feel so at ease. It’s very calming in the practice. Every dentist we’ve come across has been amazing! I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Truly they are amazing

New patient, warm and welcoming from the ladies on reception to Sylvia my new dentist and Jess hygienist, broken filling, both explained treatment required in a caring and professional way, made me feel very relaxed, highly recommended.

I was a petrified patient but Ravi and his excellent team put me at my ease, so i was able to get the treatment i needed. I had a tooth extraction and never felt a thing! A big thankyou to Ravi and all his team who dealt with me, including the receptionist, who helped put me at my ease. I would highly recommend anybody with a fear of dentists to visit this practice!

Wonderful staff always polite, friendly and approachable and my teeth look great. I had finance for my composite bonding and now have a plan for ongoing treatment, they helped with all of this and the process and treatments so far have been painless.

Cannot recommend Brookside enough, from the caring ladies on Reception (Evie consoled me over the phone after an accident' which was much needed), to the appointments with Ravi ... 100% care.
I fell and damaged a cap and root of tooth. The treatment I received was beyond amazing ... even down to them having to suffer Elvis on the screen above me whilst removing my tooth!!
I am an extremely nervous patient, but the care and patience shown was amazing. The technology was fantastic. I had decided on an implant, but a scan showed this wouldn't be possible so a bridge was decided on.
Ravi was AMAZING, although I hid up the corner for each appointment there was no need . Terrified ... no need. No pain or discomfort.
I do not have a pure white smile, and thankfully didn't leave with one, the colour matching to my other caps ...spot on 😁
My final appoint, I left feeling extremely happy, pain free and confident.
Whatever the problem you have, don't hesitate, Ravi and his wonderful team will sort it.
One extremely happy patient ... huge thanks to all.

I cant recommend Brookside dentist enough. From start to finish of my new veneers being fitted all the staff have gone above and beyond. The girls on reception are so helpful and if I did have a problem they would make sure I got an appointment on the same day. Dr Ravi was very reassuring throughout the whole process and did an amazing job. Highly recommend
