The Blackberry Carpet Fitters turned up on time, were fully COVID secure, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and then left the room all tidy and ready to go.
We would definitely have no problem in recommending Blacberry to anyone else.

Placed an order with Blackberry Hill carpets, March, just before the lockdown! Gareth kept us up to date with their expected restart date. Better get on with some decorating ASAP. July, Craig and Kris came to fit the carpet today, they both wore PPE and were most careful not to breach any social distancing measures in place. I left them to it. Needless to say they made a super job and our dining room is complete with new carpet - Jubilant Irish Liquer. On completion, Craig and Kris were meticulous in wiping down all surfaces including door handles with an appropriate anti bac disenfectant. They even helped to put some of the furniture back in the room.

Fantastic service yet again from Gareth and the lads. They supplied and fitted our lounge, dining room and office carpets a couple of years ago and did such a great job we didn't even consider anyone else when we wanted new carpet on the stairs and landing and flooring in our hall and cloakroom. The end result looks lovely - great quality carpet and Moduleo - and we are so pleased with it! Customer service has been faultless. There was a slight problem but this was rectified straight away and Gareth has been very helpful throughout. Thank you Blackberry Hill!
Gareth and his team at Blackberry Hill flooring are fantastic. They have fitted Moduleo as well as carpet throughout our house. They have done a fabulous job as well as being very friendly and professional.
Blackberry Hill fitted a vinyl floor in the kitchen and carpets throughout the rest of our rental property. They managed to complete the work in a day and left everything clean and tidy. During the ordering and fitting process we were kept informed at all times and the staff were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Gareth gave sound and honest advice on carpet selection and is a very personable character. Due to COVID-19, we were reassured that the fitters would be wearing both masks and gloves, and that they would clean all surfaces on leaving.This is exactly what happened and the two gentlemen kept their distance, so much so that I didn’t catch their names. I’d like to thank them for their professionalism. Payment was also hassle free using the BACS system and I will be recommending Blackberry Hill to friends, family and anyone else who’ll listen. 5 Star
We have been really impressed with Blackberry Hill’s service from the initial visit to the showroom all the way through to their fitting of the carpets with careful social distancing and aftercare advice. They provided sensible advice within our price range, kept us well informed during the Lockdown delays and then were safe and courteous at fitting. They wore masks and gloves and cleaned down everything touched. Overall an excellent experience. Many thanks.

I WAS RECOMMENDED BLACKBERRY HILL CARPETS AND FLOORING BY A FRIEND AND WAS SO PLEASED SHE DID! From choosing my carpet to measuring and fitting the service was superb and Gareth is a very personable guy and didn't try and sell me a more expensive carpet he actually tried to persuade me to buy a cheaper to save myself money! Fab and hoovered my carpet too ! I,m soon putting another order in.
Brilliant service as always had three carpets fitted by Blackberry now and am over the moon with all friendly and helpful from the initial visit to shop, quick with quotations and turn up on time to install
