Cannot fault them! Needed a quick turnaround as we just got my dad a property, and he was relocating. They did just that, and it was perfect!
I enquired on Friday night for the measuring. Gareth (I think it was) phoned me and managed to book me in for the Monday to measure.
Sorted all over email or phone due to location differences.
Reasonable priced and a top job.
My dad keeps telling me he loves the carpets, and they feel amazing under his feet! He is a grumpy old man, so you know it's good when he gives you a compliment!

Such a good all round service. Really appreciated the help on choosing a suitable carpet in the shop (we popped in many times 😆) and we are so happy with how it was fitted and looks. I phoned to see if they could sell me an off cut of carpet and they were extremely helpful. I popped in and they provided me with exactly what I needed and had a really informative discussion about different flooring. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

This is the second time we've used blackberry Hill carpets and flooring. Their knowledge and advice are invaluable. This then allows you to make the best decisions on the type of flooring you need for different areas in your home. The guys are always helpful and polite along with expert fitting. We will never use anyone else as we know we can trust the blackberry Hill team.

Free parking outside their showroom off St Mary's Rd. Gareth gave us good advice when we were choosing a stair carpet and again when he called to measure up. The fitters were very efficient and polite and we are very pleased with the end result at a fair price.

We have used Blackberry Hill twice now and can't fault the service or quality of the product. They literally cant do enough for you and nothing is a problem to them, I am so impressed by every aspect of this company. We have several rooms to complete before our house renovation is completed and we will be using Blackberry Hill for each and every room.

I popped into Blackberry Hill because they stocked a particular carpet that is being fitted into my new build and I wanted to compare some samples. Despite the fact I was obviously not going to buy anything, the owner was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to borrow a sample for an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys or use them in the future.

A very professional company. The staff are polite, efficient and know their stuff. Over the years, we've purchased laminate and now carpet from them. We're very happy with the quality and fitting.They even recommended a vacuum cleaner that has proved to be a fantastic buy as well! Well worth a visit if you're in the market for great flooring.
