Free parking outside their showroom off St Mary's Rd. Gareth gave us good advice when we were choosing a stair carpet and again when he called to measure up. The fitters were very efficient and polite and we are very pleased with the end result at a fair price.

We have used Blackberry Hill twice now and can't fault the service or quality of the product. They literally cant do enough for you and nothing is a problem to them, I am so impressed by every aspect of this company. We have several rooms to complete before our house renovation is completed and we will be using Blackberry Hill for each and every room.

I popped into Blackberry Hill because they stocked a particular carpet that is being fitted into my new build and I wanted to compare some samples. Despite the fact I was obviously not going to buy anything, the owner was incredibly helpful and even allowed me to borrow a sample for an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys or use them in the future.

A very professional company. The staff are polite, efficient and know their stuff. Over the years, we've purchased laminate and now carpet from them. We're very happy with the quality and fitting.They even recommended a vacuum cleaner that has proved to be a fantastic buy as well! Well worth a visit if you're in the market for great flooring.

I had just completed on a new house just before Christmas which had no flooring and needed carpets and have them fitted before Christmas.
I had tried places like carpet right which weren't very helpful and were fully booked until mid January.
I looked at a few local carpets and flooring places and had seen good reviews for Blackberry Hill so decided to give Gareth a ring.
He was extremely helpful and helped pick the best type of carpet for my home. Although they were also fully booked he managed to get his team to visit at the end of each day when they had finished their other jobs and fit the carpet in 1 room each day (over 3 days).
The quality of the carpet and underlay is very good and the workmanship was also very good, nothing to fault. The prices were also very reasonable. I was extremely pleased with how it all turned out and looked.
Him and his team were very friendly and understanding, trying to get everything in place before Christmas, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpets over other more mainstream places like carpet right etc.

I don't normally leave reviews, but working with Gareth and Craig at Blackberry Hill Carpets and Flooring warrants me to do so with pleasure.
This company is at pains to provide a great job, not only on providing excellent advice on solutions to flooring (carpets, wood and laminates) but delivering absolutely magnificent and perfect installations.
Craig and Kris (Installations) were always punctual, very courteous, and happy to explain and advise on any aspect of the installation work even to the point of advising and then organising the remedying of floorboards before the carpet was laid to ensure carpet longevity. These guys always strive for a perfect job to result from their labours - which they surely achieve.
Nearly all the rooms and hallways in my house have received new flooring from this company over 2021 and at each visit the job has been expertly installed with the minimum of fuss and complication. These guys know what they are doing and have the knowledge and experience to deliver a superb job in a very courteous, tidy and helpful manner. I have no problem with recommending this company for any flooring needs.

Another fantastic experience with Blackberry Hill Carpets. They've now left us with a warm and comfortable home with the minimum of disruption, and overcame all the difficulties of working in an older property.
