We have used Blackberry Hill carpets to fit our hall, stairs and landing and spare bedroom carpets. We found them to be excellent, they did a fabulous job, extremely happy with service, price and quality. We are just about to book them again to do another 2 bedrooms. You can't get any better.

This company is the most efficent, professional, helpful company I have ever used in the 40 years of owning a home! The choice of stock is excellent, we were helped in making our choice without feeling pressured. The carpet was fitted well within the time they estimated it would take. The fitter was not happy with the way it was fitted because our stair walls were not even - it being an old property - and although, we wouldn't have notice the problem, he inisted on coming back at his own expence to replace and refit a stretch of the carpet! Because he saw this as an inconvenience to us - we didn't - he didn' t charge us to have two mats made with the excess carpet!Their whole approach was well over and above the call of duty! I would recommend them to everyone, infact have already done so, and will certainly be using them again!

Won a Facebook competition with Blackberry Hill and they supplied and fitted a new carpet to our stairs and landing. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly staff. Efficient service and a quality product fitted to an excellent finish.

Excellent customer service. We had a carpet rip after 2 years. Not a massive issue, but we are trying to sell our house. Blackberry came out and replaced with no quibbles. Quite excellent, can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely thrilled with the new carpets! Gareth and Craig have been working hard re-carpeting the upstairs of our house and they've been a pleasure to have around - careful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The advice they gave us ensured we chose the perfect carpet for us - and they didn't mind how many times we changed our minds on the colour! They've also carried out lots of minor repairs to the stairs and landing so that everything is level and looks perfect. Thank you!

We have used Blackberry Hill Carpets on 3 occasions, to fit carpets and flooring to whole houses and have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and value. After visiting numerous carpet shops locally and in Leicester, we found Blackberry Hill Carpets to be far superior in every way. The shop is spacious and not jammed full of carpets that are difficult to view. Gareth, the owner was so helpful and obviously has extensive knowledge and many years of experience. He wasn't pushy either but very helpful. He was able to give us excellent advice and even recommended a cheaper carpet for one of our rooms which no other shop had done!<br>He has just fitted out 5 rooms and we are thrilled with the finished product. From now on we will only use him and will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for carpets/flooring!
