Excitement is mounting as Lichfield City’s tourist attractions get ready to open their doors to visitors for free, as part of this September’s Olympic and Paralympic themed Heritage Weekend.
The Best of Lichfield was fortunate enough to be invited to the launch of this years Christmas show, a musical interpretation of the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas carol, starring Graham Cole as Ebenezer Scrooge.
Seventeen children brought their buckets and spades to Beacon Park on Bank Holiday Monday and entered Lichfield District Council’s sandcastle competition.
