The Roving Crows win Best Folk Act at the Exposure Music Awards 2012
It’s been a fantastic year for Celtic-fusion folk-rockers The Roving Crows. They have been making waves up and down the country on the festival circuit and have picked up a bucketful of awards along the way. Earlier in the year they won 2 Irish Music Awards (Top Celtic Rock Band and Top Fiddle Player for Caitlin Barrett), and they have just been named Best Folk Act at the Exposure Music Awards. The band will be making a welcome and triumphant return to Lichfield Guildhall on Saturday 3rd November at the Lichfield Arts Roots & Folk Festival (RAFF)
Extra shows added at Lichfield's Stroke Comedy Club after record ticket sales!
Following the roaring success of the Stroke Comedy Club's extra show this summer, Lichfield's very own locally run comedy club is bringing another two extra shows to the people of Lichfield in November and December!
With the club's regular monthly shows now sold out until January, these extra special Friday night extravaganzas give comedy fans who missed out on tickets a great opportunity to see the best of the UK's stand up comedy in the atmospheric surroundings of Lichfield's Best Western George Hotel.
