I'm using RW for house clearance of my mum's and began the process this week.The team of 5 who came did an excellent job. Crucially they were respectful, extremely diligent and hard workiing, manifestly keen to offer a high quality service. They coped with one or two quirky requests from me, always updating me on progress sensitively. At the end the team leader explained all the next steps clearly, which was helpful and reassuring.

The process from Richard meeting me at the property to assess for probate, through to the clearance itself, has been very efficient and sympathetically carried out. Thanks to Marek, Michael and the clearance team for the work, which was done carefully, efficiently and respectfully, making a difficult process much easier. Marek and Michael were knowledgeable about the items and process; and answered any questions we had. Just the auction to go now.

Wintertons cleared my mums large house in Solihull.. They arrived on time , were efficient, friendly and tidy. They packed everything with care. I would highly recommend anyone needing to clear a house after a death to use wintertons. The office communication is clear, they are transparent over pricing.

Arranged for a house clearance for my parents house after they had passed away, it was a difficult day seeing my old family home emptied, but made much easier by the guys who came to the house. A big shout out to the lovely lady in reception Claire Simms. We had a query regarding a lot we purchased and this Lady went above and beyond to put the matter right. Along with Sue French who also came to assist us we went away happy and felt as though we were valued customers. We can only say that the staff and the auction house is the best we attend and 100% recommend.
