Always very helpful, out of hours and for routine appointments. Lovely staff and great service. Even offered to give our dog some fuss on random visits rather than at appointments to make him feel more comfortable about going there.

What a wonderful practice, when we eventually found it, I have no idea where the sat-nav was taking us on the dark evening, we were by a car repair unit and the magic words came out - you have reached your destination

brilliant hospital! even seen a dog who I was looking after for an emergency csection and the treatment was fantastic... reception staff friendly and very good with dealing with you when it comes to the time to have your beloved pets PTS.

I hope to adopt another dog when the time is right and I visited Pool House because I am looking for a new vet where I can feel secure and supported. I am looking for a vet that can offer continuity of care, kindness, and the expertise and facilities to help my companion with any foreseeable health problems, plus the willingness to refer to a specialist team elsewhere if necessary. A vet at Pool House kindly gave his time generously to discuss the practice, and listened to my fears and hopes without making me feel over-fussy or difficult. I left with a very positive impression of the practice and would like to say how much I appreciated this - thankyou.
