Had to admit our pooch at 11 o'clock at night with severe vomiting, they had him for two days. We were kept updated with his progress (he recovered). The staff are friendly and professional and care for their patients as if they were there own. We're so lucky to have this facility only a short drive away.

I go to the local vets in burntwood and<br>I have had wonderful service from the vets and reception staff .Jenny England the vet I use a lot has been nothing but wonderful with my pets ,her bedside manner is beyond perfect and so caring and helpful.

Care is second to none! Ourselves and Skylar are very grateful for both instances of care, which also included complex surgery, to remove ingested satellite cable. (Mere Green surgery too)

We’re not registered at Pool House but our regular vets gave us the number for out of hours emergencies. I called when our dogs surgery wound had opened up late at night. Straight away I was made to feel at ease and all my concerns were answered. They even asked me to send a picture so they could try and assess without us having to come in, the lady I spoke to in the phone got the vets advice straight away. They gave us great advice, talked us through steps to take until we could see a vet in the morning. It was so very helpful, we are so grateful for their service. I can’t remember the name of the lady I spoke to in the phone but she was brilliant! Feel so confident we have such a great 24/7 service available to us should anything else happen

Went for a 2and opinion and they made me feel so much better about my options with my dog, the after care following her surgery has been impeccable and I feel so reassured with them treating my dog!

I have been going to this practice since 1965 the service only gets better. Over the years it may have moved premises but the comiitment to its patients and their owners never falters.

Highly professional, nothing is ever too much trouble, kind and caring especially with our older dog. Always available for advice patient with our grumpy younger dog, never feel that we are rushed during appointments, time is taken to explain and re explained if required! Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for our dogs as we always feel valued.

They’re facilities are brilliant My dog is incredibly nervous of the vets and has even bitten a nurse before so we were nervous to take her there again for both parties but they were so lovely and she now goes for “vet therapy” with Gemma who has always been so good We particularly enjoy Pool House as they are all so lovely

Always very polite and helpful. Can take any animal and are always very professional and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. From the reception staff to the vets I have always felt my animals have the best of care.
