Some really interesting areas - and the Cathedral has put up some information boards which are helpful. A relative is very knowledgeable and could guide us to the interesting historical spots, so perhaps take advantage of any guides available.

The facade, soaring towers and gothic style reminded me of Cologne Cathedral.

An amazing, awe-inspiring cathedral, so glad we took the time to look around it. We were greeted as we entered and given a prayer card. we took our time looking at everything but there was so much to take in!

Went for dinner. Very average. Apple and rhubarb crumble was just rhubarb crumble with a couple of raspberries on top.

A fantastic building which filled me with a sense of awe.... The stone work and engineering would be a marvel in todays era let alone medieval times.

We visited the Cathedral on a first time visit to the city.
The building is just beautiful and inside didn’t disappoint either.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and inviting and entry is by donation with a contactless option available which made this very easy.

The whole cathedral was so interesting and there was a great display of famous scientists and their stories which just added to the whole visitor experience.

Enjoyed a walk around this beautiful medieval cathedral whilst visiting Lichfield for the first time. Both the interior and exterior are amazing and you can see the different age of the various areas.
There was an exhibition of scientists through the ages which I really enjoyed. I would love to return and take more time. A small donation is desired as the up keep of the cathedral is £6000 a day I think.
