Ruth recently came to my house to delver a bread making course. A true hands on 1-1 session using my own oven. She bought everything with her and left me with great instructions along with support via email/text if I need it. Not only have I learnt a new skill, it was a great experience doing it, I can thoroughly recommend.
OMG went to lichfield xmas market 1 day event only sadly met this amazeballs lady and she guided us on her products and they are absolutely delish hubby has just had his 2 allday breakfast rolls with eggs and they are delish xxxxx
Not only is Ruth a great baker, she is always creating other lovely foods to try too. This week she made me some vegan butter to try - and it was delicious. I'd happily use that instead as a spread on its own.
Myself and my uncle thoroughly enjoyed our bread making course yesterday morning.

I received a bread baking course from Hunnypot Cottage as a Christmas present. I completed the course with Ruth today and learnt how to make seeded bread, tomato and olive bread and a fruit loaf. The course was excellent and the first loaf has already been devoured! Delicious! I’m looking forward to making my next batch tomorrow. My Grandaughter and myself have used our Bread Making Voucher we received as a Christmas present today. Absolutely brilliant three and a half hours of practical tuition,advice and fun. Incredible the amount of bread we have to eat, 6 small loaves made and another five mixes of dough ready to cook tomorrow, The recipes are amazing but the taste is even better. I have been buying bread and baked goods from Ruth for some years now and the quality is consistently good. It's so reassuring to know there are no nasty additives and preservatives in her products and they taste amazing. I am always impressed by how Ruth works so hard to innovate new products for people the food intolerances. She is also an excellent trainer. I bought one of her breadmaking courses for my husband and Ruth was very generous in passing on her knowledge to him in a one-to-one baking workshop. He makes good bread now, but it's not stopped me buying from Ruth as well. I particularly enjoy the crumpets she makes, the fig and walnut bread and many more product lines.
