Just wanted to write a few words to recommend Eddie from ECA plumbing. His work is to an excellent standard and I am very pleased with the work he did recently in my bathroom. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I LOVE Eddie. - He is professional, tidy, excellent at what he does, extremely friendly and accommodating and has a great sense of humour too. I would never use anybody else for my plumbing except Eddie. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Karen of ECA plumbing also gives exceptional, friendly and professional service. They are a real one-off. Keep up the good work!

Wouldn't use anyone else but Eddie for our plumbing and heating needs. He's a true professional, extremely well qualified and provides excellent service - from a bit of friendly advice to fixing a major problem. The new heating system he fitted for us is amazing, our house is super warm and cosy now, and much more energy efficient! Can very highly recommend ECA Plumbing!

Eddie has just visited and fitted a new shower for us. He was early, even put plastic socks over his shoes , that stopped wife moaning at me!!!!
Cannot fault the work he has done,and no mess ,it works and was very reasonably priced, I think you should charge more!!!

Eddie has done an excellent job replacing our old water heater with a complete new and efficient central heating boiler. His work is exemplary, clean and tidy and he takes trouble with the minute details to make sure the job is as good as it can be.
Before Christmas when our old heating boiler was not working he worked tirelessly, fitting us in at all hours between jobs, at no extra cost, to find the fault. We would wholeheartedly recommend Eddie to anyone. He is patient, kind and understanding too!

Finally found a plumber we can trust!!
Having spent an evening trawling the internet to find a plumber with some decent testimonials, we stumbled across E.C.A. and we are so glad we gave them a call. Originally all we wanted was a replacement timer for our old boiler but on the day Eddie was due to come and give us a quote, the actual boiler broke down (it must have known)! Eddie arrived and spent a whole hour trying to fix it before admitting defeat (the boiler was almost 20 years old). He didn't charge us for his time and spent the time explaining the options available to us. Within days, we received a very fair quote from Karen for a replacement boiler and the costs were clearly explained. A week later the work has been completed. Eddie arrived on time, was extremely polite (as was his colleague Tony) and worked hard throughout the day and early evening to complete the work. Couldn't think any more highly of him or E.C.A ... Have just received my first yearly statement from gas supplier since Eddie fitted my new Viessmann boiler last year. I was delighted to find that I had a refund due of £360 so my new boiler is already paying for itself! Great workmanship and sound energy saving advice - thank you so much.

In view of the winter of 2010-11 it was not best pleasing to find your heating system had failed. Experience of workmen over the last fifteen years had not left us with much confidence. However E.C.A.'s service proved exceptional, astute, technically up-to-date and reassuring. Clean efficient and considerate throughout their implementation of all the modification needed. At all times punctual, courteous and sociable. Their profound sense of consistency made them a pleasure to have in any home. Eddie the plumber even turned out for us on Christmas Eve. Beat that!
