Eddie has now visited me twice. the first time to replace a leaking tap which he did in no time and charged a very reasonable price. Second visit to fix my underpowered shower which alas is not fixable but true to eddies word he couldn't fix it so no charge.

Wow these guys are the best. Where else can you call a plumber and get a call in 2 minutes and a fix within the hour. Eddie is polite, highly professional, friendly, and unlike many men, he cleans up after himself. I highly recommend ECA to anyone looking for a good, honest, and affordable plumber.

Forget what we have come to expect when dealing with tradesmen, Eddie turns up on time, stays until the job is done (8.45pm in my case), he and his collegue Tony work with smiles on their faces in a very clean and efficient manner, professional through and through, going that 'extra mile' bit that I have not experienced in a very long time.

I had a problem with a boiler in my tenants flat - no heating, no hot water! Eddie contacted the tenant, went the next morning and fixed the boiler. I'm happy, my tenant is happy and Eddie is superb. Highly recommended.

We were impressed with the professional approach of Eddie of ECA on his first visit to quote for a new boiler. We have a Park Home with LPG supply, Eddie and his colleague Tony are experienced in all types of property so he was able to advise us on the best option. The price for the Viesmann boiler with agreed extras was competitive and the work was carried out within the agreed time and leaving the area very clean.They even went the extra mile in removing parts from the old boiler that we could pass on to our neighbour for spare parts before they disposed of the boiler. In just a few weeks have noticed the improvement in our comfort and, hopefully it will also reduce our energy costs.
