The plumbing and heating in my flat was poorly designed and badly installed. This means that normally straightforward jobs are difficult and complex and require good problem solving skills. Eddie at ECA possesses those skills and was able to change the radiators, gate valve and tap washers required by implementing well thought out solutions that overcame the problems. ECAs estimate for the work was fully detailed and enabled me to ascertain that the price was fair and reasonable. All timescale promises were kept, with all emails responded to promptly, making this a hassle free transaction for me.

Eddie solved a leak in our heating system which no other plumber ever managed to sort and when he replaced our boiler, it was a clean, quiet and no fuss operation. Absolutely brilliant!

Came on time and were not in a rush to get away. Really excellent service, nothing too much trouble. Had to work around me as I am disabled and were extremely kind and considerate and kept noise to a minimum. One or two hitches after the job ended but came back as soon as I rang. Sorted it out, cleared everything up and disposed of it. I would recommend them to anyone the best I've ever had.

Eddie is brilliant he came to my 84 yr old mother in laws house ,and after quite a while and with great patience discovered tiny pinhole in the water pipe causing the very slow leak ,cannot fault him ,and he is very reasonable.

Turned up at time he said he would sorted out problem without too much fuss even though pipe had a hole the size of a pinprick .
mother in law was less stressed. and was grateful cant really say anymore just brilliant cant recommend him highly enough.
