What can I say!, I met Eddie a few months back after moving into an area where I didn't know any tradesman. He has completed various works for me and everytime he has been prompt, polite, friendly and most of all FANTASTIC in his area of work. As a typical example of Eddie's good work...
My wife and I recently returned from hospital with our new baby boy, at 8pm on that same day our boiler suffered a fault and water was pouring from the ceiling! just what we needed!! I gave Eddie a call on his mobile (hoping he'd answer) and sure enough, 30 mins later, he was onsite and looking at the issue. Not only did he talk me through 'making good' until he arrived, but he showed me the damaged part and explained the next steps. He returned the following day with the part, restored our heating and went on his way.
I am proud to say Eddie is 'our' plumber and he's one chap you want to have around when you get a big problem. Fully recommended to everyone!!!

Eddie of E.C.A. Plumbing is an absolute STAR. Not only is he prompt, reliable, a first class qualified plumber and heating engineer but think we should add Superman to his list of achievements.
In a panic at some unearthly hour this morning with the boiler having given up the ghost I sent a text to Eddie. He was on my doorstep in less than 10 minutes.

Eddie is the most reliable plumber I have ever met. He turns up when he should, gets on to get the job done professionally, he cleans and clears up after himself and he charges what he said he would. He is conscientious, trustworthy and very good at what he does. There is, quite simply, no better plumber!

Excellent service with a smile. You have recenly fitted two new boilers for me. You turned up when you said you would and got the job done efficiently and within the time span you predicted. I will not get any quotations done the next time I need work doing. I will just phone you and ask you to get on with the job as I know you will charge a fair price.

We would like to recommend E.C.A Plumbing, Eddie Allison. He and his colleague Tony put in a new combi boiler Viessmann for us and took the old system out, just before Xmas. They have done an excellent job, very professional, quick and very clean, leaving no mess behind.Very friendly too!

Eddie goes out of his way to get to you quickly when you have a heating or plumbing need/emergency. In this bad weather particularly, he is working all hours to look after the village residents to make sure they're warm and safe. He's friendly and helpful and I'd highly recommend him to everyone.

Our boiler was changed to a combi boiler by Eddie during the freezing weather we had at the begining of this month. He made sure that during the installation we were not without heating. Eddie is so professional from start to finish and was a pleasure to have in my home. He left everywhere clean and tidy. The boiler is fantastic.
