I have just been fitted with new hearing aids by Laura. She completely understood my hope to upgrade my old hearing aids, but only if the new ones would make a significant improvement to my hearing. Laura assessed my needs carefully and was able to offer a trial period with the hearing aids that she considered would be most appropriate. She scheduled further appointments to make slight changes in the settings to get the best possible outcome for me. It has been a pleasure to be under Laura’s care and I am confident that I now have the most appropriate hearing aids for my particular hearing loss. She explains everything clearly and is very patient until she finds the best solution. Thank you, Laura.

I attended Cathedral Hearing for ear wax removal. Laura was very professional, fully explained the procedure and made the whole process very relaxed. The suction process was slightly noisy but not painful in any way. Laura examined my ears with a camera and l was able to see that the wax had been fully removed. No hesitation in returning to Cathedral in the future and highly recommend.

Laura is a very kind knowledgeable person with a lot of experience. After testing my hearing Laura supplied me with a hearing aid which has improved my hearing and had a good effect on my tinnitus.

Laura emailed me and my doctor's practice with a photo with the ear problem I had.
Thank you Laura for the care and attention I received.
