Friendly, professional greeting from receptionist in a welcoming area - seen on time by Laura who fulfilled the hope I had of finding someone who could help solve my hearing problems.
She understood , discussed my situation thoroughly and came up with options, one of which I have gone forward with. The follow up service she offers is so appreciated and I feel content that I can depend on her and her staff to deal with any worries I have with my hearing henceforth.

Had earwax removed this week. This is the second time I've used Cathedral Hearing and I would highly recommend. Laura is very professional but also very reassuring.

It was a delight to be seen by Laura who patiently explained the process to examine my ears and clear them of excess wax. Then conduct a thorough hearing examination. I have tried Audiologists elsewhere but this was by far the best and most professional experience.

Excellent….. everything explained…. choice of hearing aids after trial, very helpful, without any obligation. Laura was brilliant ….. very kind. Can’t fault the professionalism /knowledge/and overall kindness.Very happy with hearing aids I purchased.
