Cathedral hearing is run so professionally yet so supportive of the customer. Laura is friendly and puts you instantly at ease. She explains everything slowly and carefully so we understood what she was doing and why. Laura gave us advice about the importance for my husband to use his hearing aids. She also gave us aftercare advice. The waiting area is welcoming and it is all on the level for ease of access.

I was extremely nervous about having microscuction and had failed attempts with other practitioners as I was too stressed. Laura was so understanding and put me at ease. She was very patient and gentle and after a painless procedure my ears are all clear and I can hear again.

I would highly recommend Cathedral Hearing. Laura was excellent from the initial booking of the appointment to the treatment recieved and talked me through the whole procedure. She was very friendy and informative. Will definitely go to Laura again in the future.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Laura at Cathedral Hearing. Having had a disappointing experience with one of the High Street National chains some years ago I decided to not to pursue my hearing loss any further until my wife persuaded me to seek an independent provider. So glad she did, Laura is a brilliant audiologist and one I am more than pleased to give my 100% recommendation.

Lovely surroundings where you can sit and take your time and talk through your needs. I knew Laura before she set up independently and she has such a calm very pleasant manner and more important she knows exactly what suits your individual requirements. Therefore when I was in the market to upgrade I booked my appointment.
