After being somewhere previously and being nervous to go again after a bad experience Laura made me feel so welcome and comfortable during the whole service. A very positive experience, ear wax removed without any discomfort at all . Having been passed around bigger organizations that weren’t as skillfull with their equipment I would recommend going straight to Cathedral Hearing 10 out of 10

Excellent friendly, professional care and help with age related hearing issues at Cathedral Hearing. All aspects of my care were carefully explained throughout and at no time did I feel under any pressure to make any hasty decisions . My treatment revealed issues which I was previously unaware of and Laura has helped to progress these by writing to the appropriate NHS personnel. Thank you for your help.

I visited cathedral hearing having been recommended by a close member of my family, I have been having ongoing problems with my hearing for a number of years. I was seen by Laura and had a very thorough examination and everything was explained in great depth, it was only my first appointment with Laura and her team , I left the.appointment actually able to hear clearly and couldn’t believe the difference it was like wow , if you are looking for a personal approach and understanding I have no hesitation recommending cathedral hearing .

Laura at Cathedral hearing is absolutely amazing.
Visited her 2 weeks ago with both of my ears blocked with wax to the point i was hard of hearing. She managed to clear one ear but advised the other looked infected and to go to the doctors. After being prescribed with spray from the doctors, Laura booked me back in 2 weeks later to clear my other ear which had been infected.
I suffer with severe anxiety and Laura made me feel comfortable, taking her time and explaining each process thoroughly. She was very patient with me and i am extremely grateful for her.
I have now had my ears fully cleaned by Laura and can now hear properly again! Would recommend to anyone!💗
