Really great service, Laura was kind and patient, made sure she understood the issues I have with my hearing, completed the necessary tests and explained her recommendation. She answered my questions, and booked me in for a trial so I can make sure the hearing aids recommended are suitable, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. I've been the rounds of audiologists with my husband so sort of knew what to expect. But Laura's tests were so comprehensive and results explained clearly. Love the fact that you get a 3 week trial period to ensure the chosen type of aid suits. My husband will be transferring over to Cathedral soon - not only because of Laura's professional approach but parking and access is great for the disabled.

Excellent service. I turned up a bit early (a week) because I got the dates wrong but luckily they managed to squeeze me in for a check and ear wax removal and very happy with the service and results and can now hear properly again. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic, had my ear wax removed today, Laura was lovely and very thorough, she was excellent. She found that I had a problem with one of my ears, she explained everything and told me what I should do.Would highly recommend her. Thank you Laura.
