I was recommended this service through family as a free will due to working in healthcare. I was talked through the whole process with detail, very easy to talk to and if questions were asked, sarah answered them politely and with great information. Sarah was very patient with me down the phone as I had my toddler with me too.

I applied online for Accord’s Free Will service for Key Workers. I spoke with Sarah Danbury. Sarah was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sarah explained why it would be beneficial to pay a fee for an upgrade for a Trust and more protection around my children. I did not feel under pressure and Sarah answered all my questions and allowed me time to make decisions and get back to her at a later date, if required. The appointment took less than 45 minutes; quick, straightforward and far less complex than I anticipated, including setting up primary and secondary guardians and trustees. Thank you Sarah.

Sarah Danbury was really helpful and put me at ease. I spoke to her three times on phone appointments making important decisions around my Will and future for my children. She never put me under pressure and she was really knowledgeable, presenting options and solutions. Sarah gave me time and space for me to reflect and I came back to her each time over a couple months. I would use the company again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Sarah Danbury explained everything in a straight forward manner and gave me chance to ask anything I wanted in relation to the will. She was a lovely lady who I would trust. Yes it took a little time with Land registry but got my documents and know my home that iv worked for since 16 years of age is safe

The online request was simple to use, I got a phone call making a telephone appointment at a suitable time and message reminding me .. which was really helpful. SARAH DANBURY was friendly and helpful… she obviously knows her stuff and was able answer all my questions, having never done this before she explained it so it made sense and I did not feel stupid. It did not take long and I am very happy with the service overall, and Sarah in particular. Would definitely recommend the company and Sarah Danbury to family, friends and colleagues.
