We had our call with Sarah Danbury this evening and I am very impressed. As a key worker I used accord because I felt the free offer was too good to pass on. Both my myself and my partner were very happy with Sarah’s amazing manner and her knowledge to help us with what would work for our situation. A basic will wasn’t enough as it was joint, so we paid additionally for extras and I now am safe in the knowledge that our Son and other family members will be looked after in the future.

I had a consultation with Sarah Danbury to have a will written and trust set up. I twice missed my alloted call, which must have been an irritation. Despite this Sarah managed to fit me in. She was patient and kind explaining it all and answering all my questions. She didn't oversell the product and even provided me a discount. I am now waiting for the paperwork in the post but so far I am nothing but impressed.

I contacted Accord in December 2023 and dealt with Debbie Fairhurst over the telephone who from the outset was so switched on and knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble every question i asked her was given full attention and dealt with very professionally.
Myself and my wife also wanted our finances reviewing, Estate, Wills, and Power of Attorney looking into.
Debbie dealt with all the issues raised and sent via post a full written report for our records, everything was explained and detailed in such a manner that it was easy to follow and digest.
We have been kept up to date with progress of the transaction whenever possible and hopefully all will be completed soon.
Even though we have never met Debbie personally, it seems we have known her for years very easy going but confident in her actions, clearly a well studied person.
Personally i would highly recommend Debbie Fairhurst and Accord Legal Services.

I made contact via email with Accord as part of the NHS free will writing offer and I heard back within a day to confirm some details. Within the next couple of days, I received a call to schedule a proper meeting with Sarah Danbury, which was again within one week so I was pleased with the prompt appointment. The call itself went very well. As expected, the core will writing service was indeed free and any additional options are at cost, but they will still offer to deduct the cost of the original will writing from any more expensive options, which is reasonable. I did pay a small amount in order to include a letter of wishes with the will but I felt no particular pressure to spend more. As a younger single person, a basic will made sense so perhaps you would get a stronger recommendation if your circumstances were different, but I felt no real sales pressure to spend more. Overall, Sarah was friendly and respectful and I would recommend the service so far. I was informed it may take a couple of months to receive the documents so will update if anything changes at that point. But, so far, it has been a positive experience.

Carol Dooley was very helpful and although I thought it would be a free service for Keyworkers there are upgrades which cost. Once these were carefully explained by Carol I was happy to proceed. I needed to change a mistake on the document but it was rectified quickly and the whole process was completed in 4 months. Carol was always helpful and efficient and stayed in constant contact.

Although the initial basic will itself is free, as I’m a healthcare worker, there were also additional add on costs to which you’re not aware of at the time. Although there was a lot of information to retain, I was given further options to choose, add and purchase as I feel necessary at a later date.
I now have peace of mind that my son will be ok and Just waiting on the final paperwork to be sent through to myself.

We originally took out a basic Will through their key worker offer in 2020. We recently had another baby and arranged a telephone appointment with Carol Dooley. Carol was very helpful and clearly explained all options available to us. We opted to ‘upgrade’ to trust options to ensure our children and assets are well protected.
