My appointment was friendly yet professional, thorough and informative yet I was able to make up my own mind without any pressure or obligation. Sarah talked through everything and explained to my mother the benefits of having a Lasting Power of Attorney. She reassured us both that if we had any questions my mother or I could contact her on the contact details she forwarded on to myself via email.

Jennifer Lomax was very helpful, as my sister wanted to update her will. She was given good advice by Jennifer as to how to avoid paying inheritance tax. Jennifer explained everything very well and in a kindly manner, and has informed us that if we have further questions she is always ready to help us. We were also able to make a Power of Attorney for my sister, at the same time, which was useful.
