I contacted MacMillan free will service on behalf of my dad, they passed on our contact details to Accord in which Debbie Fairhurst rang me. I told Debbie what my dad wanted and needed and she went on to explain everything in great detail how it would all work also giving a couple of different options on something particular that my dad wanted put in his will. From that first contact Debbie was very friendly and polite, professional, she answered and explained all questions or queries that we had throughout the procedure, certainly made it easier and alot less complicated/stressful than trying to do it by
yourself and one big thing for me was that when Debbie rang my dad she made him feel at ease and comfortable talking to her.

Jennifer Lomax was very helpful, as my sister wanted to update her will. She was given good advice by Jennifer as to how to avoid paying inheritance tax. Jennifer explained everything very well and in a kindly manner, and has informed us that if we have further questions she is always ready to help us. We were also able to make a Power of Attorney for my sister, at the same time, which was useful.
