We had a phone consultation with Sarah Danbury to arrange a Will. She was very informative and helpful. Contacted us before the appointment to make sure the time was still convenient. The appointment didn't feel rushed and Sarah informed us that if there were any questions after we could contact her directly or go through the main office.

I applied online for Accord’s Free Will service for Key Workers. I spoke with Sarah Danbury. Sarah was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sarah explained why it would be beneficial to pay a fee for an upgrade for a Trust and more protection around my children. I did not feel under pressure and Sarah answered all my questions and allowed me time to make decisions and get back to her at a later date, if required. The appointment took less than 45 minutes; quick, straightforward and far less complex than I anticipated, including setting up primary and secondary guardians and trustees. Thank you Sarah.

The online request was simple to use, I got a phone call making a telephone appointment at a suitable time and message reminding me .. which was really helpful. SARAH DANBURY was friendly and helpful… she obviously knows her stuff and was able answer all my questions, having never done this before she explained it so it made sense and I did not feel stupid.
