I have been visiting this coffee house for a good few years now, even before we moved to Lichfield and have always found it friendly and the food and staff excellent.

Staff really pleasant and good at their work. Nina on the till in particular is excellent at her work. Young workers are fun of smiles. Coffee and scones lovely (nice atmosphere.)

Chapters is a quaint cafe in a great location (right next to Lichfield Cathedral!) It's great for anyone who's just done their fair share of sightseeing and want a drink and some food.
