We took part in a Premium tour which was very nice, not that informative about the wines themselves, but a pleasant way to spend an hour. We thought we would have a drink and some cake in their cafe afterwards, the wine was very nice however the cake was most definitely not. Very dry, clearly a few days old and we couldn’t finish it! Having said this the other food we saw looked delicious.

A excellent event. John, our guide, was both informative and entertaining. The wines were of a very high quality and there is bound to be one that will please everyone's palate. Well worth the money.

Beautiful winery and the wine tour was excellent (thank you Helen!). We also booked the sunday roast for after our tour and unfortunately the restaurant staff were completely disorganised...despite making a reservation, and paying a deposit for a specified time, we still had to queue for almost 15 minutes behind other casual diners and those ordering drinks at the bar, to place our order. Our premium wine tour included a drink afterwards and I needed to chase this twice. The vegetarian roast was pretty good, if you are interested in the meat option be aware that there is no choice of meat, you're simply served whatever they have prepared that day.

Spent a lovely sunny day here. Arrived easily by Liberty Bus which stopped at the entrance. Booked a tour and tasting session in advance online. Helen our tour guide was excellent - lots of interesting info delivered in a friendly manner made this a really enjoyable experience. We followed this with a delicious cream tea from the café. Would highly recommend a visit to La Mare.

We enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable hour or so with our informative and humorous guide, Bob. The weather cooperated beautifully so the first part of the tour began amongst the vines then moved inside for the production videos and tasting. I had no idea that the estate has been producing wine for such a long time! Such an asset to the Island.

Really nice place to stop on cycle route. Picturesque setting over looking vine yards. Nice crisp wines to taste and food is good. Quiet today being a Tuesday late lunch time. Good service and very nicely presented.

We had a truly wonderful time here, we booked this a while ago and we're very excited, it didn't disappoint us! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. You can feel the passion and dedication for the vineyard from each team member. Also they have a very friendly Rooster called Roger 😁. Well worth the visit

My husband and I had a fantastic time at La Mare which is set in a stunning countryside location close to where we were staying in Jersey. We booked the premier tasting tour which was excellent value for money as there were numerous samples to try from wines to sweet and savory nibbles whilst listening to an extremely informative talk from our super friendly and engaging guide, Helen. We were made to feel totally at home with a drink at the bar with our tour group (included in the tour price) and managed to fit one final glass of wine in the lovely on site restaurant before catching our bus home through the leafy country lanes that surround the estate. I highly recommend a visit - you can even buy produce to take home with you - which of course we did! Thank you again Helen for making the experience so enjoyable. Warm regards, Vickie
