Thank you Carole for giving us such an entertaining and hugely informative tour today. We had a terrific time, met some lovely people and to top it off, drank our Jersey Gin (absolutely delicious) in the most beautiful, sun filled garden. As a tourist destination, La Mare is an absolute must.

The tour has been the highlight of our holiday, Carol was a fabulous guide and explained the workings of the vineyards throughout the year and the seasons. I really have gained an appreciation of the work and effort that goes in to producing the fabulous wine, the videos during the tour were full of heart and soul by the MD and almost left a lump in my throat when I saw the joy, passion and enthusiasm he has for the product! The vineyard it self is beautiful, the gardens are immaculately kept, the cafe is well appointed and the shop was just lovely. We purchased several items and all are very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending a visit here, you won’t be disappointed!

Has an excellent afternoon on this wine estate. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the information he provided made the tasting session very enjoyable. We bought wine and cider and look forward to drinking it now we are home.

What a wonderful place to visit to sample their wine, which was very good. The staff were very friendly and informative and made the visit. You could walk around the vineyards. The shop was very good too.

Excellent place to visit. We did the 1 hour tour £15, very good value for money. Staff were great and food & drink tasty! Well worth a visit but get the bus!

A very interesting wine tour and tasting experience, worth a visit, the wine was a bit sharp for us but we still had a good time, the cafe here served a great lunch, there is also a shop on site.

Really enjoyed our visit to Jersey's only wine estate. Unfortunately we were unable to take a tour because we had our dog with us, but we enjoyed the café's outside areas for a couple of glasses of wine and food, as well as a stroll through the vines and orchard.
We took the bus so we could sample the wine, but drove back to collect a couple of bottles and some fudge a few days later.
Most staff were friendly and polite, but there was one staff member at the bar I saw speaking rudely to both customers and other staff. A bit of customer service training might be a good idea there, it wasn't directed at me but is off-putting to witness and made her look bad, not the people she was rude to.

Der Ort ist gut mit dem Bus aus St. Helier erreichbar. Bei einer kleinen Führung können die Produkte entdeckt werden. Im Cafe gibt es leckeres Essen. ... und dann zu Fuß weiter ... sehr erholsam

We did the premium tour and it didn't disappoint - John was lovely and funny and informative - we did our shopping at the airport as suggested thanks for a lovely afternoon just a shame we had to leave for the bus 😊

We had a very enjoyable visit here for a wine tasting where we not only tasted wine but some of the apple brandy liqueur too. The estate can be accessed by bus as well and is a lovely spot and you are able to have a meal here as well as just visit.

This place is amazing. This was my second visit to the place. Went on 10/6/23 with 5 of my friends. They all loved it. The tour guide was great. The grounds and the house are stunning and not to forget the wine out was delicious.
We had lunch in the cafe afterwards and the food was great. We choose the sharing platters. My only criticism was the staff in the cafe they weren’t very pleasant. But I guess we can all have a bad day.
